Prompt and professional communication, excellent service. Inspection, window mechanism repair, oil change, and tire rotation all accomplished in a smooth and timely manner.
2023 Volvo XC90 review
Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

2024 Volvo XC90 review
On September 18, 2023, I purchased a new 2024 Volvo and am happy that I chose to do business with Patrick Volvo in Schaumburg, Illinois. Shortly after my arrival at Patrick, I was very lucky that I was courteously approached by Belen Amador, my Client Advisor. Because she was not pushy (I appreciated that very much), I chose to accept Belen’s assistance throughout the buying process. I was pleased that I had a seamless transaction because of Belen Amador’s expertise and exemplary customer service. She was knowledgeable, helpful and thorough before, during and after the sale. Patrick Volvo is fortunate to have Belen on their staff because she is an excellent representative for their dealership. There is no question that when I need another Volvo, I will most definitely contact Belen. It was my pleasure that I had the opportunity to do business with her. In addition, I would not hesitate to highly recommend Belen and Patrick Volvo to anyone else interested in buying a Volvo. I have purchased many cars over the years, and I must say that I do believe this was the best car dealership buying experience I have ever had. Thank you, Belen and Patrick Volvo!

Lovering Volvo Cars Concord review
I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2025.5 Volvo XC90 from Mike Rice at Lovering Volvo Concord, and it was an extremely pleasant experience. Since I am an out-of-state buyer, I called Mike directly. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond by shooting a personalized video of the car. Seeing the vehicle in detail made a huge difference compared to just looking at online photos. Overall, I highly recommend Mike to anyone looking to buy a Volvo!

Very comfortable experience, small dealer attention to customer needs and overall process. First Volvo for us and we’re happy with the decision to buy with Lovering Volvo. Our salesperson, Lisa, did a good job answering our questions about the automobile and dealership.

Lovering Volvo Cars ConcordReviews
Lovering Volvo Cars Concord review
Last week I bought a 2019 Volvo XC-40 at Concord Lovering. My Product/Sales Specialist Thomas Cain was absolutely wonderful. I had done all my searching on-line and didn't have a car to trade in and was “challenged” when it came to being able to get to the dealership. Everyone at Concord Lovering made it possible for me to get back into a safe car – including moving a car that was in Meredith down to Concord and then Thomas bringing it to me to take it for a test drive! I appreciated their compassion – I am just getting back from an MVA four years ago – and they helped me so much to take this big step back to autonomy! I'm a Concord native and Lovering Volvo has been here forever, with a stellar local reputation. My Dad, who would be 102 years old today, bought his Volvos from them as well, so I think I can unreservably recommend you to them!

Dick Hastings couldn’t have been easier to work with. He was friendly, pleasant, polite and informative. He went out of his way, to help and make sure I left with the right vehicle, that suited my needs. He checked in with me after my purchase to make sure I was satisfied with my choice. Everyone at Lovering Volvo that I dealt with was courteous, pleasant and easy to work with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Thank you to Dick and all the crew I worked with. Nina Eaton

Lovering Volvo Cars Concord review
We bought a vehicle at Lovering Volvo and having been out of state buyers we were pleased with the experience as we had no prior experience of knowledge of Lovering - we found the car thru online searches. The full experience was great and the amenities of registering the car at our home state DMV was awesome - the salesman - Thomas - was transparent and always returned calls as soon as possible. This is a rarity at some other dealerships. A smaller area of better transparency would be to provide more details about the service contracts at the time of purchase while in the finance managers office. Overall we are pleased with our experience at Lovering Volvo Concord, NH.

Thomas Cain didn’t have to sell me on a car as I am a repeat customer. What Thomas did was totally blow the stereotype of a car salesman out of the water! Not a cheesy line or hard sell was used, instead he knew how to shepherd me through the process with a refreshing attitude, utmost professionalism, honesty, and sincerity. Thomas rocks!

2021 Volvo XC90 review
We have owned various cars in past to include Chevrolet (Monte Carlo), Cadillac’s Deville/Eldorado), BMW’s (740i/740IL) and Volvo’s (240/244/V70) and now 2018 Volvo SUV XC90 T5. So far the XC90 out performs all of them with respect to comfort, ride, safety features and even gas economy is very good for size/weight of vehicle. Only draw back is premium gas required for this car but I have used mid range on/off and no noticeable loss of performance. Also most people that have seen our XC 90 make positive comments on color, wheels, interior, storage space, etc. Also purchased the T5 model with 7 seats for the family and three grandkids. Excellent SUV for the past 4 yrs (35k road miles). Recently purchased an Endurance extended warranty to 133k/5 yrs. We expect to drive this SUV like other Volvo’s 150k miles or more.

I recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a car I drove 6 hours drive to buy my car from them and will never regret it I was confident as soon as I talked with them 5 minutes that they weren't going to twist my leg they even take personal checks and they are straight forward about everything they will tell you exactly what they think so if your a jerk don't worry they will let you know
2017 Volvo XC90 review
I loved my XC90 but traded it due to the cost of fuel. I drive 40 miles a day roundtrip to work. I would easily go through a tank of gas in four days. Best mileage I ever got was about 22 highway. The XC90 is a heavy SUV and shaped like a block. Not a lot of aerodynamics. As for comfort and luxury you can't go wrong the XC 90 is pure luxury and has great pickup and handling. Just be aware the mileage is not good.

2014 Volvo XC90 review
Bought New, firsts 80,000 mile on the highway to NC, San Antonio, New Orleans, Memphis. Like being in my living room lazy boy. Sturdy ride. No major problems. Maintenance on schedule. On my second set of tires. Second set brakes. It's a highway vehicle for sure. Quick precise steering. It's a keeper so far. Two minor repairs. Brake pedal sensor. Can't remember the other thing.

I have been going to Merrimack St Volvo for over 30 years and have always been treated well. The service advisors are always friendly and helpful with whatever I need. There labor rate's are cheaper then the guys in Nashua. Maybe that's why they don't have a new building.

2022 Volvo XC90 review
I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!
