Recently purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle. Davin Davis was our consultant and we could not have been more pleased with the service he provided. This is my fifth Volvo. My most important feature in any car is safety, and this car is SAFE. It is super comfortable, reliable, attractive, and an all around great car. I had XC70's until this XC90. It was tough to switch, but I'm so happy. My only disappointment is that I have two big dogs and they can't both fit in the way back comfortably, so I have a crate in the way back and a crate in the middle with two seats folded down (one up for a passenger). Otherwise, it's a "10." No issues at all at 4 years in.

My recent visit to the Volvo dealership was outstanding from start to finish. The entire team ( Tom and Zaid) demonstrated genuine professionalism, deep product knowledge, and warm hospitality throughout the process. They listened carefully to my needs and never applied any high‑pressure sales tactics. The service team (Noel) was equally fantastic: attentive, friendly, and kept me informed throughout. P. S. Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.
