I was helped by sales rep Jared Perillo; he made the paper work process very fast, efficient and easy. Any questions i had about the car anywhere from it's features, to leasing and vehicle maintenance were answered with detail making me feel very confident with my purchase. The overall presentation, knowledge, and organization of the employee made me feel very comfortable in choosing Kline Volvo for my new car.
I had inquired online about a specific vehicle for sale, John Rogers in sales replied to me promptly about my inquiry. He wasn’t pushy at all about selling a vehicle and said stop by anytime to look at the car closer and take it for a test drive. Upon arriving I was greated as I entered inside, making me feel welcomed and comfortable. Everyone was so nice, John was was very knowledgeable in all aspects. Even though I didn’t make a purchase from Kline I feel I would go back again in the future!
Kline did the 10,000 mi service and the appointment went very well. Easy to schedule, when I arrived the vehicle was inspected and checked in, and work was started right away. They advised when it would be finished and while I was waiting, I was told it would be done before that time. It was returned to me with a fresh wash, and vacuum, and clean windows. I appreciate their being on time but they have an excellent customer waiting area that is very comfortable and quiet.
The process involved a high level of attention and the salesman John Rogers showed us a number of vehicles and products we had not considered. I feel we found a great value. We were very happy with the experience.
From the moment we pulled into the lot we were very well taken care of . Mrs Hayhurst took care of all our needs and found us a car within the hour. She has since checked in with us weekly ! She is excellent! Everyone in the dealership were extremely helpful.
Like for many people, visiting a car dealership to shop for a vehicle can be intimidating. But the folks at Bill Gray are thankfully different. From my first visit to my fifth, my experience was outstanding. From the front desk, to the sale associate, to the finance person , everyone was affable and pleasant. In addition, they do not exerted any sales pressure on us. The price negotiation was downright simple. My thanks to Erin and Joe. My family and I would highly recommend this place.
Aslan is hands down the best salesman we have ever dealt with! He???s extremely informative, knows his vehicles and how they compare to competitors. He???s not a pushy salesman at all, and has a great personality that makes car shopping so much fun!!!!
I've bought cars from several brands and dealerships, and this was certainly the best all-around experience. James and the rest of the team members were kind, helpful, efficient, and not overly salesy, which I very much appreciated. They model excellent customer service and made the process a really pleasant one. I'd be happy to do a deal there again, and I'd gladly recommend them to anyone.

I bought a pre-owned one year old XC60 from Brian Mchayle. I stopped in to look at a vehicle that I saw online but Brian suggested the one that I purchased and I am so happy that he did. I was an extremely difficult and indecisive customer but Brian was patient with me the whole time. He never acted like a "salesman" at all but he was persistent (which was what I needed). I ended up picking the vehicle up at the very end of the day and Brian and his team never made me feel bad about them having to stay late for me. I've purchased a lot of luxury vehicles at a lot of dealerships over the years and I have to say that Brian and his team at Steingold are top notch all the way. The car was spotless when I picked it up as well. Very pleasurable experience and I highly recommend that you stop in an see Brian if you are in the market for a Volvo.
My husband drove volvos for years and sold his last one a few months ago. we purchased a different car and right from the start had problems - it was NOT a volvo and the dealership was NOT helpful and ultimately I suggested we trade for a volvo v60. he said he did not want the hassle. I said I would do it. so I drove to volvo on a saturday afternoon, had the pleasure of working with Ralph D'Angelo and Matt Anderson, and at the end of the day drove the car, the pre-owned nifty volvo v60 home! it could not have been easier, it could not have been more pleasant - everyone at this dealership was fantastic, professional, dedicated to getting us in the right car and making the trade happen that day. no angst, no dickering... good questions and conversation and a fabulous car at the end of the day. Charlie has been a great salesperson: friendly, informative, not pushy, and honest. This is our second Volvo we've bought from Charlie and would highly recommend him. Additionally, Goodwins is nearby and has done a good job servicing our Volvo, so buying again makes perfect sense.
