I had called and scheduled a Saturday appt with Paul a few days ago. I came in this morning to get my wifes 2017 s60 it's first service and inspection. I was recognized and greeted by Scott as I walked in the service department. I was the first customer and he was expecting me. After a brief chat, I went to the waiting room area to look at the new cars in the showroom. Shortly, Scott and Ted from sales arrived and also recognized/greeted me. As I left the dealer upon my car being completed, Brad said hello and wished me and my family a Happy Thanksgiving. I love how Stillman Volvo makes an effort to build relationships with their customers and to make them feel like part of the Stillman Volvo family. It's more than just a business/customer transaction like most dealers but rather a lifetime of care and safety from the cars down to the staff. I look forward to many years of getting my new Volvo serviced here. Stillman Volvo for life!
There IS a better mousetrap and these guys (& girls) have made it. While the price WAS a major factor ; they price them to be sold, it was really the "how" they do it here that left me floating out to my new car. Painless?? Forget painless, this was ENJOYABLE!! I agonized over having to deal with another typical "dealer" yet, never had to. "Dealer" in definition is the only similarity between Sky Motors and anywhere else.. this is people helping people get what they want. Brett, Justin and the entire team - Thank you!! I experienced a little hiccup with this dealership, but it was quicky resolved by Mr. Paul Nogrady. After speaking with Paul about my issue, he assured me that he would "make things right." I must say, Paul didn't make things right, he actually MADE EVERYTHING BETTER! The vehicle that I purchased was BETTER than the one I initially wanted. The experience that I had with him was BETTER than any of my other car buying experiences, and Porsche of the Mainline is BETTER than any other dealership I have dealt with. I purchased a used vehicle from Wynn VW this past weekend. The entire process was seamless. Mac met me for a test drive and was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would say I spent a total of 1.5 hours at the dealership between the test drive, going over the paperwork, and signing the paperwork. Rob, the finance guy was great too! Super friendly. I had my 4 month old daughter with me so he understood my need to be in and out as fast as possible. I have purchased cars from other dealers in the past and spent HOURS if not a whole day trying to close the deal. This was not the case. Highly recommend Mac and the rest of the staff at Wynn!
EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision.
The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off.
I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!
Kel helped me purchase a 2011 Jetta SE on Saturday - the entire experience was wonderful. The car was a great value and the sales process was low key and very helpful. I took the car home later on a Saturday. Unfortunately, the check engine light came on as soon as I got it home and the car started to drive terribly. I was disappointed and upset to say the least. I sent Kel a couple of distress emails and expected that I might have a major hassle on my hands. I was wrong. Kel called me at 9:11 am on Monday morning and was very concerned - he had me bring the car right in. I did and Mark Svenkeson took a look at it and had it repaired in less than 30 minutes. No charge! Wow!! This is a company that stands behind their products. This is what a dealership should be.
I just purchased a car today from the warehouse. I must say, it was a pleasant experience. my salesmen, KAY, was very knowledgeable even tho the car was a Cadillac, not a audi. I went to look at it last week, and after a week or so of crunching numbers, I picked up the car today. kay made sure all my questions were answered and also paired my phone to the car.
