Chuck Cantor is great to work with! They did a nice job on our seats. I noticed the seatbelt was twisted on my way out of the parking lot. Chuck apologized, got the car right back into service and had us on the road in about 10 minutes with the problem fixed. I just wish they were closer. I was a little scatterbrained that day and Chuck was very gracious.

I love my Volvo S60...what a fun and sporty sedan! I have always driven 2-door cars; however, this gives me a 2-door feel with the convenience of 4-doors.
The reason I gave a 4 of 5-star rating on Interior Design is that the control panels are difficult to adjust while driving. Beautiful to look at, but not very functional. The 4 of 5-star rating for Reliability is only because I have not had to test this with the car since I just purchased it a little over a month ago.
Overall--LOVE this car and I think Volvo has made a lifelong believer! :)
Like for many people, visiting a car dealership to shop for a vehicle can be intimidating. But the folks at Bill Gray are thankfully different. From my first visit to my fifth, my experience was outstanding. From the front desk, to the sale associate, to the finance person , everyone was affable and pleasant. Recent trip to Pa. 3100 miles 119 gals gas,26 mpg highway and 2 lane mountain. This car handled back mountain roads like dream even in downpour. I gave it a 4star on interior design because it could use more leg room in second row seating.
Customer service was exceptional. Made the extra effort to make the paperwork as hassle free as possible. Took the time to explain all the different functions the Volvo offers. Continued to follow up with me to make sure I was happy with the car and if I had additional questions/concerns.

My 1995 Volvo 940 estate wagon is hard to get some parts for. A part source was located and the part ordered and installed. A second part has been ordered, because of a fault in the first part. All previous repairs have been successful.
Keeps getting odd electrical faults

My Volvo S90 has many odd electrical faults, heads up display, when getting close to a vehicle in front with cruise control on some times the white car in heads up display disappears and also it as cancelled. The problems started with my car doors unlocking, the windows opening, and the boot lid open. Some times when I use my indicators to turn left the car slows. The radio cuts off. and many more faults. This car is still under warranty . And help would be great full
Quickly diagnosed check engine light, ordered part and had the car repaired and ready within 24 hours. Todd provided updates so that I knew what was happening.

I bought a 2016 XC 90 T6 Momentum new from the dealer in Jan 2016. I loved it so much in the beginning. It was smooth and quiet and I knew it was one of the safest cars out there. I have 3 kids and we used it as our primary car for family vacations, visiting family out of state and local everything. I am a true soccer mom. But gradually over the al most 3 years we had it it was one thing after another. Some small some major. Tons of recalls and updates. I love over an hour away from the dealer and they were great about getting me a loaner car. But I basically took a full day and sometimes two out of my week to drive it there, wait on it or go do some shopping for a day while it was fixed or updated. Several times I had to leave it for more than one day. Air conditioner never worked good. Was super loud. Defrost only worked on max and was too noisy. Engine would skip out and had the spark plugs serviced or replaced multiple times. The most annoying was this rattle in the front passenger door that sounded like something was loose in there. When you at in that seat it made yo nuts on a longer trip. I asked to have that fixed and after checking it out for a few hours they said after 12k miles that wasn't covered and its would be my own bill. This was my husbands last straw. But I still tried to hang on.IT also had a leaky coolant hose once while my husband was over an hour away at a soccer game with kids and it broke down on the side of the road and had to be towed. I had to go get him and we wasted an entire day. the Biggest issue was the engine light came on multiple times. Each time I would take it in and a few times they said it needed spark plugs and also that they were awaiting a service update from Volvo and actually didn't know how to fix it! while the light was on the engine continued to perform less and less powerful and finally the warranty went off at 50k miles and I was at daughters senior photo shoot an hour away and it smelled awful of smoke and burning. I had to take it back to dealer and they found a hose was leaking coolant again. But engine light was still on and I didn't feel safe driving it. I wrote to Volvo Corp. and complained that now I that the light was on all the time how do I know when a new problem arises that it isn't a new issue? and it isn't covered under warranty anymore so it had to be fixed. They replaced fuel injectors spark plugs AGAIN and said they did a lot of work on it and it was covered. Which I was happy for. I had a new loaner for almost 2 weeks. My husband and I were just over it and finally traded it in on an Audi Q7 this weekend. They need to get this car improved. Maybe the 2017 or 2018 models are better.

Lots of leg room, lots of room in back to haul things and keep dry. was able to haul 6foot step ladder with seats folded.
Peter Brown is my service specialist at Viti. Recently my car window was smashed. He went out of his way to find me a loaner and fixed my car quickly. He was friendly and personable. He made the whole experience much easier. I look forward to dealing with this dealership again.

Sleek interior, comfortable seats, expansive headroom, sufficient storage capacity, above average gas mileage. Provides solid driving and handling experience. Easy turning radius and good visibility from interior.
My car was due for routine maintenance. I had no time to drop it off, so the the dealership gladly delivered a loaner to my house, picked up my car to be serviced and delivered it back to my home clean, and ready to go by the afternoon. You can’t beat that kind of service!

It's a volvo. What more can you say. best built car on the market. Looks and drive like no other car. Have owned a volvo for over 30 years and have never been disappointed.
Charlie has been a great salesperson: friendly, informative, not pushy, and honest. This is our second Volvo we've bought from Charlie and would highly recommend him. Additionally, Goodwins is nearby and has done a good job servicing our Volvo, so buying again makes perfect sense.

I was never a 'car person' before I started buying Volvos and now I am a convert. This car is load to the hilt, the comfort is unsurpassed and the ride is smooth smooth smooth. It's sporty without sacrificing comfort and the designers have literally thought of everything. I have ZERO complaints and look forward to getting in the car every single time like it's Christmas morning!
Lyn Ford is always courteous and professional. Although I???m offered a loaner car, I always wait for my car to be serviced and the wait is usually shorter than I expect.
We all new XC 90 is no better than the old ones.

We absolutely love the styling and design of the all new XC 90. After owning several of them in the past my wife will drive nothing else. Unfortunately some of the same flaws with the old designer still there. Wonderful factory warranty we have had it in the shop multiple times and of course they cannot figure out what is wrong. If the car sits for more than a week or so without being driven the battery is dead. The navigation shows we are driving in the middle of water or field often has no idea where we actually are. Again we took it into the mobile dealer and had several issues addressed these two issues Are still the same. Very disappointed in a 60+ thousand dollar car
2018 XC 90, 6 hours before I hit the rode for Thanksgiving the Suspension Failure indicator light came on! Not happy. Can I trust car!!!

The XC90 is a beautiful and functional SUV. There is plenty of storage space, seating is comfortable, and the large screen is very functional. The cameras are extremely helpful. I am so glad I purchased this car.
Alan as usual was very attentive, knowledgeable and charming and made the whole experience of my annual Volvo vehicle service a pleasure! All in all from purchasing my XC 60 in 2015 to the present, I have felt nothing but the very best in customer service - A genuinely terrific team!

Best hidden (still I think) secret. Awesome Euro Styling (not overdone, controls in easy places to find), amazing performance (who else builds a 300HP wagon?), tons of well thought out tech included in base level cars (stuff like push button downhill assist you would pay big $$ for in other brands), comfortable (probably the most comfortable seats I have ever sat in) as any luxury car on the market to drive, I think much more reliable than other luxury brands, and to top it off amazing safety (like you did not already know).
Purchasing was easy and not high pressure. Kim Knorr was great to worth with. I was able to leave and think about it overnight without the pressure. I???m very detailed and this allowed me to work it through in my head. The location is beautiful and my car is fantastic as well with a great warranty because it was certified Pre-Owned. Pleasantly surprised with Volvo as a brand honestly.

Super & Turbocharged engine gives this car a high thrust to weight ratio! Lots of safety features. Very comfortable and looks great. A bit pricey. Overall reliability is good but bells and whistles sometimes need adjusting, all under warranty though.
