There have been no major problems to date. The Volvo dealer provides excellent service.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I added a S90 to my luxury taxi fleet, the base T5 Momentum is plenty to accelerate into the highway and I average 28mpg, my customers seem to enjoy the quiet ride and plenty of leg room, if music is preferred mine has the B&W upgrade stereo that is super fantastic. The car is almost crash proof with all the tech. I am enjoying it and looking forward to adding a 2018 when they reach the used price point that works for my situation.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. This is the second S60 I have owned, previously having had a 2006 S60R. I traded in that vehicle for my current vehicle, an S60 R Design with the Polestar software upgrade. The current iteration of the “R”, although fast, with great brakes, is not a true sports sedan. The previous vehicle accelerated more quickly, tracked truer, and had a suspension more suited to a car billed as a “performance. ” model. Although my newer R-Design is quite fast, and handles quite well, it possesses an inherent “softness” which lowers the fun quotient a bit.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Gorgeous performing car with elegant European interior styling. Every comfort and every technical advantage while sooooo user friendly. I feel incredibly in control on the highway and on my local winding road. Its a WOW!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.

This car was designed for people with back and neck issues. Totally comfortable and offers lots of control for sitting and driving long distances. I love the stereo and sound system. Touch controls right at my fingertips makes this car super easy to use. It makes driving a delight. The smooth lines of the exterior are sleek and elegant. What a beautiful vehicle!
My buying experience was awesome! My team of Jack, Marcus and Carlos were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Couldn't be happier! Kudos!

Recent trip to Pa. 3100 miles 119 gals gas,26 mpg highway and 2 lane mountain. This car handled back mountain roads like dream even in downpour. I gave it a 4star on interior design because it could use more leg room in second row seating.
When I was first looking at a car I was looking at a 2013 FRS, I contacted one of the salesman, his name was Jonathan. He was very helpful about looking at cars and knowing about them. As I got there, I test drove the FRS, I didnt really like it so I asked about another car, and another. He knew about a lot of the cars in his inventory, I ended up on a 2010 Subaru Impreza. As I went through the buying process he was able to help me get the car at a much lower and competitive rate. The dealership was even able to work and provide an active duty military discount. I would recommend this dealership without any concern.

Tom Hodges is a reputable dealership with excellent customer service. My significant other and I had originally gone in to purchase a used vehicle. As many people know, a car is a huge investment. We had done our homework, and had aimed to leave that day with a used vehicle, 60k in mileage and an average warranty. Instead, we left with a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander. We couldn’t be more pleased with the purchase - they had parts on order for what we wanted added, suggested dinner in-between as we waited for the financial paperwork to be processed, and even stayed far past closing to ensure we left that night in our new vehicle. Pat and Jeremiah were excellent to work with on financing, Dallas was a knowledgeable and friendly sales representative and Tom truly sealed the deal for the whole experience. Not many owners would be there well into the evening to ensure we had the best experience possible. There is no question as to why this dealership has grown into what it is today. Thankful and will be sure to send customers their way.

Car has been dealer maintain with very few issues ,would seriously consider a new model at some point in the future. Has been fun to drive.
The customer service was pretty good, and the prices were fair. They were willing to negotiate. If I wanted to view a car someone would escort me or at least point me in the right direction

The car lasted me 13 years, and the first ten were effortless. I didn't have any excessive maintenance or repairs, and the car never gave me trouble. Extremely reliable. Just wish I had more features inside but that was based on the trim, rather than the car's design.
xxxx car. 2.0 disel. I the first moth the dor sensors broke, indicating all dors open all the time. In the fift month the pump for the stearing blew. The plate that closes the intake at shot down got stuck twise, had to have it fixed at the dealerahip. Ac broke. Alternator finished. The flywheel leaked silocon in the clutch and destroied everytjing in there. All this happend in 3 years. Newer buing a Volvo again. And the dealership was just xxxx all the time. I had loud noices at start up sometimes, and sommetimes a real hard shut down. Had them have a look and they found nothing. They did not put this in the log book so when the clutch went they told me no it was not theyr resposability.
Aaron really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He has a great relationship with all his customers and even makes sure every visit is great after you bought your car. When you spend money on a new car you not only want great customer service but you want to buy it from someone who actually cares about your needs.

This car is above what I thought it would be. The performance is excellent. The S60 has an awesome phone app that allows me to start my car remotely, a map that gives my car location and it reminds me that my doors are unlocked. I love it!😊
