Chuck Cantor is great to work with! They did a nice job on our seats. I noticed the seatbelt was twisted on my way out of the parking lot. Chuck apologized, got the car right back into service and had us on the road in about 10 minutes with the problem fixed. I just wish they were closer. I was a little scatterbrained that day and Chuck was very gracious.
My warning came on and I called the service department questions ning the meaning and need for repair. I was able to bring my car in then and waited about 45 mins while the battery was changed. The coffee in the waiting room was delicious! Of course the repair was done efficiently and properly.
Experience was very pleasant from the time I first walked in to Stillman, to discussing choices with Dave, to placing an order for a 2019, to delivery a few months later. Dave is friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.
I had the pleasure to meet a very talented and friendly young salesman 6 plus years ago. Last month, I bought the third one from the same awesome guy! He sure knows his stuff well and is very professional. He sure does everything to make this process as easy and quick as possible. Great expirience!

I just wanted to thank and recommend Salesman Paul Barnes who is professional, kind, and worked hard to get me a great deal on my new Kia Sportage. I???ve worked in the business as a Sales Manager and knew I was upside down on my trade. I know how he makes his money and rather him shrug me off for something that appears to be an easier sale, Paul worked hard and stuck with me to get me at a fair price. I will be buying vehicles from him as long as he is in the business.
Being in the hospitality business myself, I am driven by a level of service that creates both a memory and experience. Mercedes Benz of Huntington did not disappoint. Anthony Mastroianna was the sales associate that assisted me from start to finish. His approach was warm and welcoming and at no time during the process did I feel pressured.
I bought a pre-owned one year old XC60 from Brian Mchayle. I stopped in to look at a vehicle that I saw online but Brian suggested the one that I purchased and I am so happy that he did. I was an extremely difficult and indecisive customer but Brian was patient with me the whole time. He never acted like a "salesman" at all but he was persistent (which was what I needed). I ended up picking the vehicle up at the very end of the day and Brian and his team never made me feel bad about them having to stay late for me. I've purchased a lot of luxury vehicles at a lot of dealerships over the years and I have to say that Brian and his team at Steingold are top notch all the way. The car was spotless when I picked it up as well. Very pleasurable experience and I highly recommend that you stop in an see Brian if you are in the market for a Volvo.
Peter Brown is my service specialist at Viti. Recently my car window was smashed. He went out of his way to find me a loaner and fixed my car quickly. He was friendly and personable. He made the whole experience much easier. I look forward to dealing with this dealership again.

Started with internet inquiry and then we emailed and chatted on the phone. Everyone, from the Internet team to the salesperson (jerry hooper) and the sales manager (Jeff Spangler) were friendly, professional, and willing to listen to me and work with me. Buying from this team was a great experience. I drove out from Houston to buy my Volvo here and would encourage my friends to do so as well. The price and professionalism could not be beat.
This was my 2nd vehicle purchased from Gorges and I travel from out of state to deal with this group. The reason I have chose to buy my car from this dealership was the upfront professionalism, honesty and vehicle knowledge they offer. They also were upfront when dealing with purchase price and the ease of buying this vehicle was quick from the time I arrived at the dealership to the time I left. They know what they are doing. My local Volvo dealership doesn't compare to this team. I have had 2 very good experiences with Gorges and will continue to travel to them on my next Volvo purchase going forward.
Purchasing was easy and not high pressure. Kim Knorr was great to worth with. I was able to leave and think about it overnight without the pressure. I???m very detailed and this allowed me to work it through in my head. The location is beautiful and my car is fantastic as well with a great warranty because it was certified Pre-Owned. Pleasantly surprised with Volvo as a brand honestly.
