I came in for a check engine light issue, and instead of immediately ordering parts or starting duplicate work, she first reviewed our vehicle’s service history and realized the issue might have already been addressed. She recommended confirming the actual problem before ordering a part, which likely saved us unnecessary time and cost. She was efficient, thoughtful about the scope of work, and clearly looking out for the customer rather than just adding more service. Really appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail.

Love it but hit a elk at 55 mph car was smashed up but no injuries and I fixed the front end my self for around 1600 dollars no macinc skills easy to work on handles great and fast enough great car

Volvo picked up the care and Brad did everything in a timely manner. result: Two new tires, plus all four hubcaps refinished (which I had badly damaged when parking at the curb). Brad had all this done in a calm and perfect manner. (Even the final invoice was acceptable, considering work done plus two new tires. ( Vera)
