We LOVE the pick up and drop off service. Brian is great, always so attentive. We sent it in for the 50K mile service, and he not only did that but made sure the vehicle was inspected (it's overdue because of COVID), fixed a bunch of things under warranty, and made sure our sport key was replaced as well. All while maintaining constant communication. And we had our vehicle back in the same day!

Vehicles Nashville is a hidden gem in the Nashville area. It's a small dealership but it has quality vehicles, and more importantly, quality people who treat you with respect and don't pull any typical used-car dealer tricks. My wife and I found a car we were interested in on the their website. When I went to look at it, Coda handed me the keys and said I could take it for a test drive without any of their people going with me. I kept the car for more than an hour, driving it and looking it over to make sure all was as it should be. The car was even better than I expected. The price was a no-haggle price and very fair for the condition of the car, so I decided to purchase it. There were no surprises when it came time to do the paperwork. There was a $199 processing fee, which had been mentioned on their website, and there were no other fees or bogus charges. I completed the paperwork and was given the keys in about 30 minutes. When I went to get into the car I noticed a problem that I hadn't seen when I took it for a drive. One of the wheel rims had apparently been damaged by the previous owner when hitting a curb. I brought it to their attention and they said they would take care of it, even though they could have said it was too late because I had already signed the papers. They ordered a new wheel, but it was delayed in shipping. My wife and I were wanting to use the car for a trip on our 50th wedding anniversary, so when the wheel didn't get delivered in time, they pulled an identical one off of another car on their lot and got my car ready to go in time for the trip. Thanks for your help on that Chris!! It's great to find a business where the employees not only say they believe in Christian principles, but actually practice them.

I have now driven the Volvo V60 CC for three weeks and I'm very happy with my purchase. It is very comfortable and has a number of safety features. The gas mileage is exactly as advertised, 25 mpg of mixed driving.

I bought this car due to its performance potential...It absolutely lived up to its hype and for as much modifying as was done to it, it handled it all very well..I want to raise the reliability score when I read people giving it poor reliability ratings in the review section..Their reasons for the low score were not owning to the car long enough so they gave it a 1, and the other was parts and labor are expensive, but still didnt state if they actually had a reliability issues..Ive owned this car for 6 years, and not one time has it remotely let me down, and I'm in the forums for the following of people with the c30..Rarely have I seen a complaint..

I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

My 2012 Chevy Traverse has had many electrical issues. i've replaced my battery and alternator 3 times each, starter, throttle, petal position sensor, and transmission (complete rebuild) because of electrical issues. i've been to numerous dealerships looking for a replacement vehicle but almost all attract with low price deals that often are for qualified patrons or based on a prescribed assumed down payment. This is what i expected when i arrived at Volvo Cars North Miami, but the true experience was completely opposite of what I expected. Yandi treated me like a familiar friend while we previewed the car i would ultimately purchase. the real experience is that they didn't use clever tactics or language to disarm me, they simply laid out the full experience up front. they showed me all the numbers, nothing hidden, nothing implied. Once i sat down with JC, the finance officer, she never shamed me or pressured me into purchasing anything above and beyond what i requested. As i expressed my joy and reverence for their lack of sugarcoating the numbers, i want to also impress on anyone reading this, there is NO OTHER car dealer i will ever give my business to. The evolution of the S60 continues. My T6 AWD model is also equipped with a super charger. Yea, it'll pin you back in the seat. You think your doing 80, nah, your over 100. Very smooth ride. Handling is excellent. Love the elegant luxury look of the car, while maintaining the look of a sports car too.

Love my Volvo Only things that I don't like. It is difficult to open the driver side door. Very heavy and does not open and stay. Have to use my foot to push open the door. Other than that. I am a satisfied customer.

I've owned 3 Volvos before this one & drove each 1mto around 150K moles or more without any (repeat: ANY) mechanical problems of any kind. My new S80 now has 24K miles & is the best one yet. It gets 37+ mpg on the road, 24+ mpg around town is comfortable to ride in and an easy delight to drive. Volvo & it's dealers really take care of you & are also delightful to deal with. I can afford whatever car I choose but for almost 50 years it's been nothing but Volvos. I've never been disappointed.

I like the minimalist interior inspired by Scandinavian design, along with the easy to use touchscreen display. I have the T6 AWD with 316 HP and love how it drives (in all weather conditions) and how it accelerates and corners. Extremely reliable, everything has worked perfectly.

Not only is this Volvo model beautifully styled (I am not a fan of the look of a typical Volvo), it is designed like a station wagon so I can use it for all my farm needs, bring my dogs everywhere and people have told me what a beautiful car it is. There are so many bells and whistles to this vehicle, assisted driving, massage chairs, Bluetooth... warming seats/steering wheel... the list goes on and on and no matter how many times I return to the dealership for a question, they greet me and eager to help. I will always buy a Volvo amd I will always use this dealership.

This car is comfortable to drive, the interior fits nice. It's built so solid that in an accident I have no worries. And the thing will run forever with just proper maintenance. Todays cars are built for obsolence instead of durability. Also, they all begin to look alike after awhile. The styles of the 50's - 60's and 70's were classy and stylish. A lost art by todays Manufacturers.

The staff was very knowledgeable and personable. They were accommodating and brought cars around for me to test drive. Ifelt no pressure to buy. The shop is not very convenient to get to, but it's worth the effort.

I brought my 2002 v70 T5 back in 2012 for only 2k with 120,000 in the clock. I still have the now with 240,000 on the clock. The only thing I have had to fork out in is the new pencil coil packs, other than that all I do is give it a service once a year. It has been a good trusty car. Plus the power is great!
