Volvo Cars Lisle review
I am absolutely thrilled with the purchase of my 3rd Volvo, a new XC40, from Volvo of Lisle!! While I loved each of my last two S60’s (also bought from this dealer), this SUV exceeds my expectations of what a Volvo can be and do. For a second time (after 15 years of owning my last S60), Bob Makowka helped me pick the right car for my needs. He explained & made sure I understood the various features of each model so I could make the perfect for me selection. He then explained the new features on my new car so I felt comfortable on my first drive home. And he follows up promptly with answers to questions I thought of afterwards. Finance Manager Howar Ruiz took the pain out of all the paperwork (finance and title transfer) everything was well organized & easy to understand each step of the process. And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the service department where I usually deal with John Korallus for top notch service. I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process. From start to finish, everything was seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend Volvo of Lisle (and be sure to ask for Bob)!!

2017 Volvo V60 review
I bought the car used from a non-Volvo dealer. I have not been driving much due to the pandemic, but a couple of computer glitches have arisen. I took the car into a Volvo dealer for service on the issue, thank goodness the car is still under warranty. The problem with the auto start-stop feature wasn't working, it was "fixed" but the problem has reoccurred intermittently. And now the side mirrors are not retracting upon shutdown... that isn't good.

2024 Volvo V60 Cross Country review
After driving this “wagon” I don’t know why anyone would buy an SUV. It drives like a sedan but has the storage of an SUV. Very stylish and smooth ride. Love the fine leather seats and features in my “Ultimate” version. Best car I’ve ever driven. At 30,000 miles now and super happy with everything.

I don’t write many reviews, but Gabby absolutely earned this one. I started with an online inquiry and received a quick response from Napleton Mazda. I had my heart set on a very specific CX-70 in Zircon Sand Metallic, and they were surprisingly hard to find. After test-driving one at another dealership, I knew that was the color I wanted. I called Gabby, expecting to hear, “Sorry, we don’t have one.” Instead, she immediately started searching dealer inventory and told me she’d do everything she could to find one. She tracked down several possibilities, followed up with other dealerships, ruled one out after learning it had been damaged, and then located another one that was exactly what I was looking for. She and the Napleton team went out and got the vehicle for me. That level of effort meant a lot because she wasn’t just trying to sell me what was on her lot—she was determined to get me the exact vehicle I wanted. I’ll admit, some people might see a young salesperson and make assumptions. Don’t make that mistake. Gabby is incredibly knowledgeable about the Mazda lineup, answered every question I had, and never once made me feel pressured. She took the time to listen, explain my options, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. What impressed me the most wasn’t just her knowledge—it was how much she genuinely cared. Her communication was outstanding. She always responded quickly, kept me updated throughout the process, and followed through on everything she said she would do. In today’s world, that kind of customer service is hard to find. My wife and I left feeling like we were treated with honesty, respect, and appreciation—not like we were just another sale. The entire team made the purchase go smoothly, but Gabby is the reason we chose Napleton. If you’re shopping for a Mazda, do yourself a favor and ask for Gabby. 2005 Volvo XC70 review
My Volvo has over 200K and no serious issues to speak of. It’s very comfortable for long drives. It’s also excellent plowing through deep snow and ice covered roads.

2015 Volvo V60 review
My first Volvo coming from BMW’s. It’s very affordable to fix and initial cost. It’s comfortable and heated front and rear seats and steering wheel was a real selling point. Automatic transmission shifts ok also has sport mode or manual shifting options. Gas mileage is decent. Has start stop option you can turn on or off. Back up cam is great. Visibility all around is great for being a larger vehicle. No blind spots. Love it so far!
