Working with Ray to close the deal was amazing. He is very familiar with the vehicles and options available to the customers. He knows the material and how to get his customers to their end goal. Thank you Ray for helping us drive away with our new Truck!!!!!
2023 Volvo XC90 review
Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

5 star service from every interface with employees- start to finish. I was able to get my car towed to the dealer, a ride to the dealership and a new tire was installed. Same day. And everyone was helpful and understanding. Top notch. Many thanks.
2024 Volvo XC90 review
On September 18, 2023, I purchased a new 2024 Volvo and am happy that I chose to do business with Patrick Volvo in Schaumburg, Illinois. Shortly after my arrival at Patrick, I was very lucky that I was courteously approached by Belen Amador, my Client Advisor. Because she was not pushy (I appreciated that very much), I chose to accept Belen’s assistance throughout the buying process. I was pleased that I had a seamless transaction because of Belen Amador’s expertise and exemplary customer service. She was knowledgeable, helpful and thorough before, during and after the sale. Patrick Volvo is fortunate to have Belen on their staff because she is an excellent representative for their dealership. There is no question that when I need another Volvo, I will most definitely contact Belen. It was my pleasure that I had the opportunity to do business with her. In addition, I would not hesitate to highly recommend Belen and Patrick Volvo to anyone else interested in buying a Volvo. I have purchased many cars over the years, and I must say that I do believe this was the best car dealership buying experience I have ever had. Thank you, Belen and Patrick Volvo!

Auto Care LLCReviews
Auto Care LLC review
I bought three cars from AutoCare in the last 5 years. The owner Frank is a no nonsense car guy. He won't waste my time if I don't waste his. That is to say; when I go to his dealership with the INTENT to purchase a vehicle, he goes out of his way to make it happen. Never an issue with either vehicle I've purchased from him.
2015 Volvo XC60 review
Love our gently used 2015 Volvo XC60 T6 Turbo wagon. 130k miles on it and we have only had to replace the alternator and battery. Does not burn oil, does not leak oil. Has been a very reliable car. If you do the maintenance and change the oil every 5 thousand miles it will last a long time. Regular oil changes are very important as with any car. Most people don’t do this. The 6 cylinder is one the best engines they have made. Timing chain will last a long time as long as you put new clean oil in the engine every 5k miles. No transmission problems and no differential problems for us. No one likes to spend $2,000 for the 90k service but it’s a big one. Important preventative maintenance will take this car to 200,000 miles. Read the owners manual and follow the service schedule.

Brought my ‘24 GLE in for a check engine light and a rear window washer blockage. Service tech found exhaust baffle blocked due to icing, heated and greased with great success. Tech also found washer fluid line blocked and frozen. This problem was also corrected. Tech performed a complete vehicle inspection as well. All service work was accomplished with no charge. The dealership also provided me with a brand new 2026 GLC courtesy car for the day. Five Star ⭐️ service including my time spent with Tom O’Connor my service advisor!

2019 Volvo XC90 review
So can someone explain to me who designed the cupholders for the car. The cupholders in the second and third row hold nothing other than a small battle water and an energy drink. Who ever looked at the dimensions of these cup holders has never grab fast food for your kids. Car is wonderful outside the cupholders and the different color rear view mirrors. It looks like I got into an accident and had to replace the mirrors and could not afford the paint color.

2013 Volvo XC60 review
So, I’ve driven lots of Volvos over the years. My girlfriend in college had the 240, my now wife had an 850 and I’ve rented countless Volvos. Never cared for them. This on the other hand is an absolute gem of a vehicle. Aged super well, handles incredibly well, is fun to drive, sporty, safe, good gas mileage. Nice styling. What more could you ask for? One of the best cars if not the best I have ever owned.

I live in a different state and I wanted to buy this particular car without even seeing it in person. I had some contact with a salesman but I asked foe a walk around and that never happened. So why put it on a national stage.this would have been an easy sale. Kinda of left me standing...I assumed they were in the business to sell cars..very disappointed 😞..
2016 Volvo XC60 review
Poised is the best word for it. Handles great in comparison to my older XC90 I had, has great power for an SUV. In comparison to things like the crosstrek with 180hp, the VW Atlas with 180hp, this little guy has over 270hp. Drives great, amazing safety features, I just really enjoy my car. Had it almost 3 months now and I still love really enjoy driving it everywhere.

Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

2023 Volvo XC40 review
This is my 2nd XC40 and it is one of the most perfect cars but its by no means cheap. The car can be as loaded as its bigger brother, except for heads up display. They all use the same engines, with the exception of turbo types, and bi-turbo options. All Volvos are moving to mild hybrid as standard and all 2023 XC40's are now mild hybrids. The XC40 is nimble, loaded and well designed. It has just about every feature including all wheel drive, Google auto, panoramic sunroof, power tail gate, and leather seats, redesigned for 2023. It is stylish, detailed and not meant to feel like the entry model. In fact, it can cost more than its bigger brother the XC60! Driving it is a pleasure as it is preppy and confident.

Coming from a 350bhp sports sedan, the S60 feels more like a smooth touring sedan rather than a performance machine—it’s a different breed, a more refined one. Comfort & Space At 6'1" and 240lbs, head clearance and shoulder width are non-negotiable for me when choosing a car. Many options, like the BMW 3 Series (which made me hit my head on entry/exit) and the Toyota Camry (too narrow in the shoulders), didn’t make the cut. The S60, however, offers ample leg and shoulder room, and the seats are incredibly comfortable. Performance The S60 is quick and smooth. My Infiniti was undeniably fast, and while the Volvo doesn’t compare in raw power, I never feel underwhelmed. It’s got enough pep to confidently pass traffic, and—based on experience—it’ll leave an X3 or X5 behind at the merge lane. 😄 Interior & Features The cabin design is sleek, luxurious, and built with high-quality materials. Everything feels solid, and the cupholders fit two large Owala or Yeti containers—something my Infiniti couldn’t manage. However, storage space is lacking; there’s no dedicated sunglass holder, and finding good spots for keys and wallets isn't ideal. Fuel Efficiency Fuel economy is impressive. Even with a heavy foot, I easily get 25mpg mixed, thanks to the mild hybrid setup. The power assist eliminates turbo lag, making acceleration smooth and responsive—while you won’t rival a true sports sedan, you won’t feel sluggish either. Driving Experience & Safety Highway cruising is effortless, and overtaking slow drivers is no problem. The self-driving functionality is excellent—on par with Subaru's Eyesight system, which outperforms Acura, Nissan/Infiniti, Toyota, and GM in my experience. Tech & Infotainment The Android Auto Operating System is sleek, and voice commands with "Hey Google" respond quickly. Google Maps, climate controls, and music apps like XM and Spotify work seamlessly. Unfortunately, it doesn’t cooperate with Waze or some other apps, which is disappointing. Apple CarPlay is available, but oddly, Android Auto isn't—a baffling omission. Supposedly, an update is already available, but my car won't update ITA so it requires a service center visit, so I’ll find out in about 9,000 miles when I take it in. A few frustrations: - No split-screen on the entertainment console—you must choose between the map or the radio, not both. - The gorgeous dash display will either show Google Maps with navigation or… nothing. Seems like a missed opportunity. - Heated seats aren’t standard, even in the Plus model. This car comes with a panoramic sunroof, 360-degree camera, and air purification, yet somehow, no heated seats? - The phone app for remote start is quick and easy, but you can’t adjust climate settings, which is frustrating. Final thoughts: Overall, I really like this car—it’s smooth, comfortable, stylish, and incredibly safe. The price is competitive, making it more affordable than some standard sedans. Sadly, 2025 will be its last production year in the U.S., but since the engine and drivetrain match the V60 and XC60—and the model remains available overseas—parts availability shouldn’t be a concern.

Volvo Cars West Springfield review
The salesperson (Tom Drzal) and the general manager (Norm Caruolo) were extremely helpful and, despite a few hiccups with which car I was going to purchase, both Tom and Norm made sure they did everything to ensure I was a happy customer. They not only provided me with the vehicle I wanted, but also financing that worked within my budget. They were very responsive when I called and, if I left a message, they always returned my calls in a timely manner. Their efforts were greatly appreciated. Tony was also helpful with the financing/leasing process. Everyone I dealt with during the process was professional and kind. I would definitely recommend the dealership to others.
2023 Volvo XC40 review
After only a month, I am truly "in love" with my XC-40. I wanted to get one a few years ago. However, Covid-19 got in the way. When it was finally time to upgrade this year, I did it and have not regretted it. Great ride, all the safety features I wanted, excellent ride and handling , above EPA rated fuel economy, roomy seating. Plenty of room for my golf equipment.

A very simple straight forward process. The entire team from start to finish was well organized, experienced and very cordial. They have refined the entire process from start to finish and kept it simple and streamlined. I couldn't be happier!

One of the absolute most positive experiences I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. I appreciated the time they spent with us the non-pressure sales and then explaining the technology to first time EV owners you cannot go wrong picking from this dealership would buy from them again.
2023 Volvo XC90 Recharge Plug-In Hybrid review
This is a beautiful car. Our car is the mid level. Not totally sure it is as luxurious as it's price point. Drives and feels very nice. Feels nimble and safe. Visibility all around is great. Safety features such as the pacing cruise control and lane management are excellent. The gage cluster is minimal with a lot of empty space where they should have put a real fuel gage, not the miniscule 4 dashes that go unlit as the fuel is used. The car has no written user manual. It relies on a very limited one on board which cannot be accessed when the car is moving. Hybrid system is not immediately understood how to make it perform well. Bu once you solve that puzzle it is really good. We found a complete 900 page one on line that goes into the detail we wanted. Also the on board one does not have an index so you get to hunt and guess to find what topic your question is under. This was a major frustration for us. The back seats are very firm, which was surprising at this price point. That is why I knocked the comfort level down. Front seats are wonderful. Lots of rear leg room though. There is a lot of room behind the second row seats when the 3rd row is down, and this suits our travel cargo needs very well. 360 camera is excellent. Fit and finish is superb. The turn signal stalk has too many functions such as head light control. A switch on the dash would be much better easily showing which mode the headlights are in. The various functions are not as intuitive to control or find. There is a learning curve, not a difficult curve, but just jumping into drive it might be the wrong approach. Perhaps it is standard Volvo like not standard BMW like as we were used to. Now that we know the car better we would buy it again.
