Fantastic experience! Mitch was professional, attentive, and made the whole process smooth. Would highly recommend.
2023 Porsche Taycan review
Fantastic driver. Very quiet inside and out. Back seat small for adults, and the car is a little low to the ground so some may find it hard to get out of. I would have liked a bit more interior storage space, but it does have two trunks! Came with several upgrades that I really appreciate. Performance has to be tried to be believed.

Walser Polar ChevroletReviews
Walser Polar Chevrolet review
Trip Ellis Walser Polar Chevrolet Sales Specialist did an excellent job helping us select a replacement vehicle for our 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer. He carefully explained all of our options and and answered all of questions and concerns. On a scale of 1 to 10 we would rate him as a 10.
2019 Chevrolet Bolt EV review
I've had my 2019 Bolt Premier for a month now and it's really a clever little vehicle. Nimble and fun to drive with lots of room (can fit two mt bikes in the back). Coming from a VW GTI I expected the Bolt to be a substantial step down, but it's not. Granted the GTI is leagues ahead in both interior and exterior build quality, but the Bolt is no slouch in terms of what a fun-sized EV hatch should be. With a low center of gravity, loads of "O" torque and a decent suspension, the Bolt doesn't embarrass itself while performing it's appointed tasks around town. Sure, the steering could benefit from taking a communications class and the brakes are less than linier but the single pedal driving dynamic is outstanding (I could seriously go on for a while regarding how intuitive the one pedal regen system is on the Bolt, kudos to GM for their work on this feature). The rest of the gripes about the Bolt (plastic interior, uncomfortable front seats, low res screens, odd styling) I think miss the mark regarding the sum of it's parts. At the end of the day, does the Bolt deliver a satisfying experience and leave you with a smile? Absolutely!

Walser Polar MazdaReviews
Walser Polar Mazda review
I was thrilled to get home and find a service video. I don't have a cell phone but, if I did, I believe they would show me the condition of any parts needing replacement before my making the decision to go ahead and have them do it. The clarity of the video was great! I could actually see the cracks in the belts that needed replacement and the dirt in the air filter. This is definitely a wonderful customer benefit. Nobody has to wonder: Do these parts really need replacing or are they just trying to sell me something to make money?

Bulletproof Mercedes engineering. With the gas V-6 this motor will go for ever. Mercedes comfort and styling and an absolute pleasure to drive. Almost effortless.

Porsche St Paul review
From first contact through cars.com on my used '05 Boxster to final paperwork, the experience was excellent. Zoe Hutton had the car ready for me when I arrived. My interactions with her felt genuine and without pressure. She did everything to make sure ALL of my questions/concerns about the vehicle were answered, and went out of her way several times to get additional information for me (E.G. DME report, underbody photos, etc.), leaving no stone unturned. Overall the best salesperson I have ever dealt with at a dealership (and I've dealt with a fair number). Thank you so much Zoe! Communication about pricing was direct and unambiguous, though there was a small misunderstanding with what I owed, I chalk that up to a gap in my differentiation between the estimated price and total OTD costs which were all laid out, and the OTD price was within tens of dollars of my expectation, so I'm quite happy with that. Lea Schneider helped me work that out and was again very clear and pro-actively helpful in sorting it all out. Overall, the experience was great. The car was of course ready, clean, and full of fuel on pickup. It was obvious from the start that the people I interacted with were there to make sure I was satisfied, but not in a smarmy or obsequious way. Thanks for a wonderful buying experience!
2021 Audi RS 6 Avant review
A car with two distinct personalities : by default, it will shuttle people in silence and comfort. Push a button, it’ll drop 3 gears, open the exhaust valves, and become the nightmare of anyone at the stop light.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Azari was amazing throughout the entire process. She kept us informed every step of the way, made sure everything was ready, answered all of our questions, and made the whole experience smooth and stress free. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cared about making sure we were comfortable and well informed. Mohamed was also fantastic. He took the time to walk us through all of the technical features of the vehicle and made sure we knew how to navigate everything before we left. He was patient, thorough, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. We really appreciated all of their help. Their teamwork made the entire car-buying experience enjoyable, and we highly recommend working with Azari and Mohamed. Thank you both for the outstanding service!

14+ Years of Outstanding Service! I’ve been coming to Luther Brookdale Mazda Mitsubishi for over 14 years, and their service team continues to set the bar high! Setting up an appointment for my 6-month pre-lease inspection and premium oil change was completely effortless. When I arrived, Service Advisor Blake Richie welcomed me with a friendly, professional attitude and got me checked in within minutes. He estimated about an hour and fifteen minutes for the work—and had me back on the road in an impressive 1 hour and 9 minutes! I also love their tech-forward approach: while waiting in the comfortable lounge, Service Technician Chris Dornquast texted me a detailed Full Circle Video Inspection of my vehicle. Unequivocally the best sales and service team in the Twin Cities area!

Great customer service. It was a quick process and Trip provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this dealer to others. We found what we were looking for.
2023 Chevrolet Bolt EV review
Purchased a used 2023 Chevy Bolt EV a couple months ago, and so far have been very happy with it. I will talk about what I think are cons first. Not happy with the lack of safety features that most vehicles have as standard features. No BSM, no yellow warnings of vehicles in blind spots or warning sounds. No back up warnings. Visibility is taking time to get use to. Mirrors are too small. Visors are too small to block sunlight. Interior is cheap, storage spaces a lacking, glove box dumps stuff out when you open it. Pros:. The selling point of the vehicle is the savings in fuel economy. It is a relatively small SUV electric vehicle, with a good battery that will take you 250 miles on a full charge. I have been averaging 4.4 miles/kw. My electric rate is 10.6 cents a kw. It only costs me $6 to drive that 250 miles. That's about the price for a gallon of gasoline in some places around here. Car is fast and can pass another vehicle very quickly. Ride is comfortable and smooth. One peddle works great and I get better numbers around town. I'm estimating this little EV will save me about $2500 a year and fuel costs. I have a charger installed in my garage. The key to taking advantage of the savings of any EV is to charge at home. Charge overnight. Love this little car.

White Bear Subaru review
Ue Vang helped us with a transmission service to my 2014 Subaru crosstrek. Not enough space to tell you how fantastic he is. Thank you. Very nice. Kept us updated on service. Very knowledgeable. You are lucky to have him.
2014 Toyota Prius v review
So my wife picked it out Nov 2014. I was a little apprehensive, but the price was right. It had 9miles and we now have 50,056. The only issue was the front air dam between the wheels. Pull to close to the parking block and it will tear off when you back out. Never bothered to replace it. With gas on the rise our timming was really good. I'd get another V but it was discontinued. Versatile is a perfect description for it. Happy shopping 😁 It really handy size wise and mileage is super.

Wonderful experience with carneed. They made everything as straight forward and as easy as possible. The car we purchased from them was exactly as promised. We could not have asked for a better online car buying experience.

2018 Volvo V90 review
V90 is a hard to find Volvo Model. I looked for 1 or 2 year old one for a long time. Beautiful looking car that I have gotten many complements on. New it was a little out of my price range but at 2 years old I paid Cash. the quality of fit and finish in and out is superior. very comfortable seats with lots of adjustments. Real good on long trips. Fuel Economy for a 4000 pound car is excellent. Do not regret buying this car.
