Hertrich Buick GMC of Salisbury review
Very friendly and helpful staff. I went in for an oil change, waited for my vehicle and was done within an hour.
2017 GMC Acadia review
Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

Very smooth and easy purchase of an F-150. Staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with and went out of their way to be nice with my kids. Can’t say enough nice things about this dealership.
2025 GMC Acadia review
I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

2022 Ford Bronco Sport review
I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

I bought my Subaru at this dealership from a Janet, a wonderful salesperson. It has gone in for every needed service in the past two years. This dealership is the full package! Buying is not a hassle and neither is having it serviced. Highly recommend this dealership!
2022 Subaru Crosstrek review
I personally love my 22 Crosstrac. I have the turbo engine and it has a lot of go to it. Very sturdy on the road at higher speeds. I have the Limited Edition with diamond sparkle black paint, black leather interior very sharp looking vehicle. There was a few hiccups in the beginning with a few minor leaks around the windshield which was promptly fix by the dealership. Gas mileage is great. If you have a family or intend on traveling a lot, the storage part is small other than that perfection all around.

2024 Subaru Crosstrek review
Too early to be sure of reliability, but my previous 4 subarus were great. I came here to say how much I like this new purchase, a used '24. Great cruise features. Good power & performance (2.5L) so I'm happy with the CVT. I just love it. They're still a bit lighter and noisier than the outback/legacy versions.

Pohanka Hyundai of Salisbury review
We have purchased a number of cars over the years and have never had as positive experience as we encountered this week at Pohanka Hyundai! Every single employee with whom we interacted had customer service first and foremost on their agenda. There were absolutely none of the negative "hard sell" techniques many of us have experienced at other dealerships. In fact, in today's lingo you could say we came very close to to finding some new BFF's in our lives. Each person we came in contact with was friendly and straightforward, but we cannot close this recommendation without saying that you will NEVER find a more caring, honest and anxious to please automobile sales person than Vaughn Willenberger!!! P.S. We are absolutely in love with our new car, a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport

Pohanka Honda Of Salisbury review
I was in the market for a "new" used car. I was fortunate enough to have Jeff Dale as my salesman. He was courteous, remembered our names, personable, professional and an all around please to work with. He made my first experience with purchasing a vehicle from a dealership an enjoyable one. I'd recommend him and Pohanka to friends and family.

2025 Honda HR-V review
Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

2025 Mercedes-Benz GLC 350e review
This car is dynamite! I traded a 2023 EQB for it, and I am very pleased. The hybrid feature is the perfect response to all electric range anxiety. Ride quality is perfect. And it is a wonderful size! I opted for the AMG exterior/interior package. And it makes a pretty big difference between the regular model and the upgrade. I am well satisfied.

Mercedes-Benz of Salisbury review
I had an appointment with Tara Krauss to look at a used vehicle she had in her inventory. Tara is the online sales manager and is surrounded by an exceptional team of people that genuinely care about the person and not just about the sale. Tara, Bill, George, Demetris, and Alex made our buying experience extremely pleasurable and one that we will never forget. Tara and Bill made my daughters, along with my wife, feel like we were life long friends during the whole time of purchasing a vehicle. They were with us every step of the way to make sure that every "I" was dotted and "T" was crossed. Demetris stepped up and made sure that we were getting the best possible deal on our new vehicle, and Alex put smiles on my girls faces by giving them each a cool pair of Mercedes sunglasses. These people are top notch and know how to treat a customer. I truly feel like they all had our best interest in mind. I will not hesitate to return all the way from Ohio to purchase my next vehicle from this amazing team. Especially Tara and Bill. So if you're considering purchasing a vehicle, new or used, I highly recommend the Mercedes-Benz family of Salisbury.

Pohanka Nissan of Salisbury review
We were on the way to the beach in mid August and our 2005 Pathfinder starting acting strange after crossing the Bay Bridge. When the engine service light came on we searched for the nearest Nissan service. Although Salisbury was not too near to us at that point we called them while we were driving to get guidance. Even though it was mid afternoon by the time we limped into their parking lot, Danny, the customer service rep, assured me the car would be diagnosed very soon and that once they identified the problem, we might be able to continue to the beach that day. The free shuttle took us to the shopping mall while we waited for the phone call. Perfect for this Mom with 3 teenage girls. In 2 hours they had us fixed and back on the road. I was very pleased and relieved.

2014 Chevrolet Equinox review
Great value. It has been a great car for the money. I could not of found better. Bought new and it lasted 13 years and 130k miles and all I had to do was the listed maintenance plan. A large negative is that XM radio station can't be deleted. I have had to listen to that XM advertisement a million times. I can't figure out how it always finds its way back to being selected so it plays that f^@7i#g ad,

Pittsville Ford review
I had two vehicles to trade for one new one. Decided on the Ford Escape. Had bought from Pittsville Motors before. Salesman, Craig was very patient and helpful. Drove about 4 cars with different features. had the need for a certain range for monthly payments. Manager was very helpful and made this all possible. Not pushy or overbearing , but instead, very helpful and listened to what i had to say. Although i have had to Escape for just a couple of days, i really love it. It's just what I need and wanted.
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I traded a 2012 BMW X6M for my (now) 2015 M235i. The X6M was a great car...but no longer needed the extra room or power that it had. The M235i also has great features and plenty fast for me...plus I wanted another convertible. This is my 3rd Beemer...and all have been excellent cars.
