Used car sale

Bought a car from them in November, 2024. Two days later cart wouldn’t start. Took it back, they said loose wire. In February, 2025 was having acceleration problems and was afraid it was the transmission and told them that. They check it and said it’s fine. Today my car is at a shop needing a new transmission. I’ve had the car 6 months and only added 4k miles. They could have resolved this for me under warranty but they lied. BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!

They stole from me hey literally just stole from me. I sold them my car, and when I deposited the check, the check bounced. I called them, the guy didnt care. He was rude. All he said was that I am going to forward to business office and that they would be calling me in next few days. Like really? They stole over $1k from me. CarMax in Mckinney are a bunch of thieves.
