Alex in sales was awesome!!! Bob the manager and Chris in finance, both were super nice and professional. The whole experience was great! Actually best experience My son and I have had at a dealership. Alex checked with me tge next day to see how my new car was doing and if I needed anything. Awesome follow up.

Christian the service rep was friendly, attentive, and helpful. My car was finished within the time frame he told me and no major issues. Also got a car wash so that is a plus. Thank you.

Horrible experience. Took car in and asked for estimate...

Horrible experience. Took car in and asked for estimate to repair passenger interior door handle as it wouldn’t spring back into place preventing foot to lock using key fob button. I told them I thought spring was broken in handle. They estimated almost $400 to fix. Also asked for estimate to fix center counsel air vents as both had been pushed in out of place. They again estimated around $400 to fix - broken tabs. As getting ready to sell, I said no thanks. They charged me $200 for giving me an estimate!!! xxx!!!! I bought the door handle on line for $17. Found YouTube videos for replacing, as well as one for removing panel to get to air vents - 2 screws. They had slipped out of the tabs but all parts ok. Snapped back together, replaced handle as it was a broken spring like I told them. Took me about 1 hour of time and $17. Of course plus the ripoff of $200 for just putting an estimate together!!! Thank

Andrew helped me, he saved my car information when I called back he was ready. And also he kept me posted during my car was there. Compare to the previous week I was in Mcpeek Dodge Anaheim for my another car's service, this is a much better experience.

I am always relieved when I call for a service...

I am always relieved when I call for a service appointment and Bob Selff, my long-time service advisor, is there to help and guide me. He knows my 2016 Ford Fiesta very well, and he makes my visits not only tolerable but easy and pleasant. He is the best, no doubt about it. The technicians, who work on my car, are also top-notch, and I trust their work. My only complaint is directed at Ford for discontinuing the Fiesta: Not everybody in this world wants to drive a truck or an SUV. Some of us prefer small cars, and the Fiesta has been my favorite for years. I have had three of them, and obviously I cannot expect to purchase a fourth. I wish that Ford Motor Motor Company would reconsider its decision to discontinue production of the Fiesta.
