Mercedes-Benz of Salt Lake City is exceptional. I've purchased 2 vehicles here, and both times the experience was superb. They go above and beyond. After hours deal close and vehicle pickup for one, and full fair market trade in values on both cars. One car was brand new, and the other was a four year old certified pre-owned. The pre-owned car was below book value, and the new car was MSRP.

Our first time buying a car online. Eric was super patient with our questions. He sent us some videos to answer our specific questions, and to do a virtual walk through of the car - being very thorough and candid with this used car. Great service all around.
