I lost my key to my MB.
I lost my key to my MB. It cost me $225 in towing. You charged us I've $1450 for a new key fob. I have purchased at least six MB’s from you. EVERYONE has been terrific from service to sales especially Bret Robinson, who is directly or indirectly responsible for our patronage. Our problem is at least poor engineering or MB policies. This event is wrong and will weigh heavily in our next car decision Roger Leslie

Absolutely my favorite dealership of all time.
Absolutely my favorite dealership of all time. The only service I can say I trust fully with my fleet of Mercedes. Garret Olson is my main contact and he's great to work with. Everyone there is wonderful and fully trustworthy, which is the most important trait for service people.
