The Best Place to find the BEST cars! Thankfully we found not one, but TWO cars we needed at Michaels Auto. We live in Jacksonville, FL and searched the web for two specific used vehicles.We found them at Michaels auto and within a few minutes of our initial phone call we were headed south to meet Roger at the dealership. They brought one car from their Longwood lot to their East Colonial lot and had everything in order upon our arrival. The salesmen were KIND, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and truly worked with us to ensure we were within our budget and going to end up in solid cars for us. We traded two vehicles and they assessed the trade in value honestly and fairly. They did not play the usual "dealership games" of walking back and forth to some manager behind a curtain. If you are in the market for a good used car, especially an import, Michaels Autos is the place to go. As with most car buyers today, I began my search on the world wide web. My quest was for a 2006 or newer BMW M5 and, after browsing the main used car sites, I landed on the Michaels Autos web site (www.mikeauto.net). I was instantly impressed by the selection of over 100 cars on display, with multiple photos and useful information on every listing, including a free CARFAX report! They happened to have a black on black 2006 BMW M5. The car looked amazing in the pictures, it had all the right options and a clean history report. I was able to instantly chat with a sales rep on the site. The rep was very helpful and answered all my questions about financing and such. I made an appointment and went in the next day for a test drive. The car looked better in person. It was love at first sight! My sales rep Chris was very courteous,knowledgeable and informative. After a short test drive, I decided to purchase the car and apply for a loan through Michaels Autos. I don't have the best credit, but the Finance department at Michaels Autos worked with me to get an approval on the car of my dreams. Its been about 2 months now and I love my M5.
