Efficient service

We located a vehicle on CarFax and I called and spoke to Joey Gonzalez. We knew what we wanted in a used vehicle for our daughter. He answered all my questions and had the vehicle ready for us to view and test drive when we arrived (3 hour drive). Joey understood what we were looking for and didn't try to sell us on other vehicles with features we didn't need. We appreciated his straight-forward demeanor. Our daughter is thrilled with her used Corolla!

This May Seem Like Small Potatoes But.....

My first impression of Findlay Toyota in Flagstaff was good. On the surface the customer service was friendly and fast and the shuttle service was great. My reason for giving a low rating is that I'm not sure they did everything they said they did. It was a standard 45K service which includes topping off fluids. The service advisor made a point of saying that they topped of my windshield washer fluid, which was empty when I arrived. Well, they didn't. It was bone dry. This is small potatoes but is it an indication of a greater dysfunction? You be the judge

Bobbie is awesome!

Prior to purchasing my vehicle I approached Bobbie at random to ask about the cost and feasibilty of adding some features to a vehicle I was considering buying. She took time to make sure my questions were answered completely and I had all the info I needed. I continued with my purchase and wound up bringing the vehicle in the next day to get some tires put on as part of the sales contract. She took care of my needs and got my vehicle set up quickly. Her customer service and desire to make sure all questions are answered clearly and completely is exactly what you would expect and hope for. Because of this, I will request her any time I need to bring my vehicle in.

A dealership that actually cares

I initially had some issues with my purchase at Findlay. However, they resolved those issues by listening to what I had to say and really hearing me. Jon and Shawn both worked hard to turn my opinion of Findlay around and they succeeded. I will be heading to them the next time I want to pick up a Toyota.

Straight up front with lowest price. No games. No nonsense experience. Second vehicle our family has purchased from this dealer in past 18 months. Our go to car dealer

Great Costumer Service!

Megan took care of me and she did a great job. I definitely recommend her! Very nice and friendly and all the staff are anticipatory! They will approach you right away with a smile! Very clean place and they have snacks!

No pressure car sales?!?!?! Get Real

Went in to test drive a used car. The sales representative went on and on about how low pressure they were... The test drive took 10 minutes. I spent the next hour trying to leave and not be rude.

RD from Flagstaff

Came to dealership with BF to check out vehicles and inquire about prices. Eventually bought a vehicle, the buying process was a positive, but in hindsight, should've went to another dealership. Customer service is not great, and this leads to frustration. Will not recommend this place and will not return.

Unbelievable service and hospitality!

I visited this location twice this month with minor service issues. On both occasions I was treated professionally and felt as if my situations were important to them as well. Joe Callahan and Jotini were great! Joe helped us when we first came in and Jotini helped us when purchasing our new truck. Joe laid out the foundations and let us know what to expect so there weren't any surprises. When we came back, Jotini helped answer all of our questions and explained every detail for us. Trey was helpful when negotiating as we were getting a great deal, but I wanted Findlay to know the. Ickes doesn't stop there. I've told everyone I know how great Findlay is and I recommend them to everyone. Thank you for a great experience!
