I went to this dealership after finding a car I liked online. I looked for a car for almost a year and dealt with lots of dealers while looking as well as craigslist sellers. I was very skeptical about coming home with a car and thought the long two hour drive to flagstaff might not be worth it. As soon as I got there I was greeted and told they had my car ready for a test drive. I was helped by Robby Findlay and also Joe Gray both very kind and friendly as well as patient with me. I really liked the car and the price was not bad. I have no credit and only wanted to buy a car for cash, I was sure that they were going to try and make me get a loan and be there for hours. Not the case at all, I came home with my 2011 crossover suv in pristine condition and very little mileage. I could not believe it. :) I am so happy with the service they gave me and how they went out of their way to satisfy me :). Joe Gray even installed my children's car seats in the car for me which was just so kind of him given he didn't have to. Will always buy my cars from them from now on. Highly recommend them best dealership ever after dealing with lots of the other ones here in the valley and let me tell you the drive is so worth it :)!

To all my friends who live in Flagstaff and anyone who visits there: DO NOT ever go to Findlay Toyota for service on your vehicle. I took my car there for an oil change recently and was told by Alex Salas that I needed all four struts replaced because they were leaking and it would cost me $1,600. I told him no. I was on my way to California two days later and took my car to my son's mechanic in Costa Mesa, CA--a mechanic who used to train mechanics. He checked out my car and said there was nothing wrong with the struts. There were other reasons I was suspicious of what Alex Salas told me and am glad I listened to my gut. Please find a good mechanic and always get a second opinion.

Our family are members of USAA and Findaly Toyota is one of recommended auto dealers for there buying program. They matched the price of a Phoenix dealer with no questions asked and the sales man Art speed us through the paperwork process we were in and out in less then an hour. I paid a fair price and got a beautiful baby blue prius c. BTW this car gets unreal gas millage with a dashboard monitor to help you drive more economically. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in Northern Arizona who is buying a car.

We came in with a complicated trade, completely upside down in a car that was way to small for our growing family. Randy worked hard to get us into a vehicle with more room, safe for our family and that we could also be very happy with. The buying process was not stressful like previous purchases we have made at other dealers. Every aspect was handled with respect and patience (we had a lot of questions) Our salesmen Randy is amazing. He doesn't make the sale and disappear off the face of the planet. He follows up frequently, wants to know if the car is doing good and your happy. He wants to know if there are any problems right away so he can help you as much as possible. We purchased a 2014 Camry and love it!! Our next purchase will definetly be with Findley Toyota and Randy Waites.

Both me and my husband have a total of four cars from Toyota Findlay and we've loved them all...we always go to the same salesperson Randy Waites. He is truly amazing and wonderful we love working with him he tries to give us the best deals and will be totally honest with us if it's even worth getting. .everyone there is very nice and works hard to make each and every person happy...this is definitely the only place to go If u are looking for a forever car...

I planned to buy a used 2014 4 Runner but decided against it. I dealt with Joe Callahan by email and one phone call on my answering machine. Joe was very responsive to my inquiry and his emails were well written and attentive. Even though I have never met the man I had a feeling that he was concerned not just in selling me a car but in making certain that I was well treated. I can only hope that in the future if I have any dealings with Findlay Toyota I will be able to have Joe as my sales representative.

I would recommend anyone to work with Randy Waites at Findlay Toyota Flagstaff. He is honest and a great person to work with! He answered my questions, never pressured me, and really wanted to make sure that I got into the car I wanted. Thank you Randy for all of your help!

To start off, this was my first car buying experience from a dealership. I was a bit skeptical at first but was recommended to work with Andrew Brassard from a friend of mine. I am glad I listened to him. Andrew was attentive to my needs and did not try to force decisions on me. He understood my budget, preferences, and taste and used his extensive knowledge of his lot to find the right car for me, which he did.
