All about customer service and sneakiness

Well, to start- The owner of this dealership does a ton for charities in Flagstaff and so when it was time for a new ride, Findlay was my first choice. Gotta support those that support your community. Anyways, went down to the Toyota dealership with the misses to get a new Prius. I drive a ton and it seemed like a good investment. Met with local legend Randy Waites who got me all set up. He said the car would be ready the next day, so we left and planned to return the following day. THEN, he called me and told me that another salesman had sold the car I wanted and that they were trying to find me a new one. I wasn't happy. Two days later, I get home and the car I wanted was in the driveway with a giant bow. Turns out the wife wanted to surprise me and Randy got in on the shenanigans. It was a magical moment that i will remember. Big props to Randy for going above and beyond to make a beautiful memory!

Had a wonderful experience here!

We are first time car buyers; this delaership was welcoming and assisted us in this process. We felt as though we could trust the folks here, especially Joe Callahan. He understood our situation and allowed us to truly take time to make a decision. He was transparent and thorough but concise. We love our Tacoma and look forward to our relationship with them.

Excellent customer service!!

Thank you to Richie Ferguson for the amazing customer service! We recently moved to Flag from Colorado and Richie was very informative about the service department at this location. The extra time you took to explain everything is much appreciated!

Having bilingual sales man is very helpful

My first language is Spanish and it was extremely helpful that Toyota had a salesman who was bilingual. It made the whole process so much easier!

ANDY KINKLE IS THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE SERVICE ADVISOR I HAVE EVER KNOWN IN MY 5 PLUS YEARS OF TOYOTA DRIVING I OWN 2 2008 PRIUSES ONE HAS 298000 MILES AND ONE HAS 100000+ MILES HE IS SO HELPFUL,FRIENDLY, AND HAS A GREAT ATTITUDE ..ALWAYS IN A POSITIVE AND READY TO SERVE FRAME OF MIND AND HE IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. MY WIFE CALLS HIM ANDY DIVINE!!! ANDY IS THE BEST REPRESENTATIVE THAT TOYOTA CAN HAVE FOR ITS BRAND.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent Service

While traveling to the West Coast on business, my FJ dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree with warnings. We called ahead and talked to Danny in the Service Dept. They worked us in due to our travel schedule and had us out the door inside of 2 hours. Excellent service and great to deal with on a personal basis.

Purchased a certified used vehicle

We were shopping for an economy vehicle we test drove a 2015 Camry. We went in to talk to them about what price We could get. They came down So we purchased the car. Huge mistake. The salesman told us that it was one owner that's why it was certified pre owned. The next day looking through the car we found paperwork from an individual showing it had been a rental car. We never would have purchased it know that. It was February and the car had a film over it but the salesman said we will detail it while the paperwork is being done. They kept us so long doing paperwork that it was dark when we drove off. The next day in the light with the film off we found nicks in the car that we hadn't seen. High pressure sales and they don't tell you the truth. Stay away from this place.

Best experience purchasing a car

Buying my Toyota 4 Runner from Findley was the best experience I've ever had with purchasing a vehicle. Starting with Bart Watson our salesman who went above and beyond getting us the best deal with extras. A better price than Costco. Bart is not your typical car salesman. He's not pushy or intimidating. Very low key and calm. The time it took to purchase our 4 Runner was less time than doing a load of wash and enjoyable. We wanted a retractable step and over size tires added so we left the car. 2 days later Bart delivered it to us, over 1 hour away then spent 2 hours going through the car with us and explaining everything. I highly recommend Findley Toyota and Bart Watson.. Amanda who works with Bart is also amazing and fun to work with. Josh the finance person was also great to work with. Actually everyone that works there is awesome

Fantastic service!

Driving throught Flagstaff up to Canada for a roadtrip, driving a Lezus RX 350. Two warning lights came on (maintenance required & low tire pressure), we went to the nearest Toyota dealer. At the Findlay in Flagstaff Toyota we were greeted kindly and helped immediately at no charge. We are writing this review as we were very impressed with the custmer service and speed. Thank you to those who assisted us and to Flagstaff Findlay Toyota.
