I recieved great service from Katelynne W. & Service Mgr. Rachael at Toyota of Augusta. It was hard to find what the problem was with my car, and eventhough... it tooks weeks they were there with me. They made sure I had transportation as needed, and did not look at me like I was a female "not knowing what I was talking about", when it came down to my car issue. They went the "extra mile" to find a resoulution to my issue. that is why I am a TOYOTA owner for life!

I went in to Milton Ruben on Monday in hopes to be taking home a USED 2015 GMC Yukon. I test drove the vehicle, talked with Randy about it and left. He... messaged me a couple of days later asking me if I would be interested in a NEW vehicle. (I hadn’t thought of buying a new vehicle at the time) He told me that I had options available. He sent me a list of the Jeeps they had that were brand new no more than 12 miles on them! They had my information already so the process was easy and smooth. I traded in my 2013 Hyundai Sonata for my BRAND NEW 2018 Jeep Compass. This Jeep is a beauty and I felt like Randy knew just what I was wanting in an SUV! Leather interior, keyless entry, Push to start, & my favorite thing of all on this vehicle.... THE FULL SIZE MOON ROOF! Randy was very helpful and if it wouldn’t of been for him talking to me about a new Jeep, I would’nt have my brand new cherry red beauty! I am VERY pleased with the way our visit went with Randy Hirneisen at Milton Ruben. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family!

Consider myself a big 4Runner enthusiast. Looked to upgrade as I do every 4 years. Dealt with two salesmen on two different days who did not know the difference... between an SR5 and a TRD Pro vs Off Road. Could not answer questions about suspension differences, how to work the shift lever transfer case. Even brought up the internet pricing and I was met with “No the sticker here says this so that’s what it is”. All I own are 4Runners and look to upgrade every 4 years—Bob Richards will now be getting my business. I encourage better training to your salesmen on one of your best selling SUVs.

went in to get a new vehicle. However my brand new 2018 vehicle had issues under the hood that caused my vehicle to shake. The managers there say that... there is nothing they can do for me. They say its a "characteristic of the vehicle". So instead of replacing it they want me to trade it out, which means more money. This is a brand new vehicle. The only problem i should have is keeping it washed. Shame on you Milton Rubin for not satisfying your customers. We deserve for you to go over and beyond for your customers. Your managers have not returned my calls or answered my calls. Robert drove my vehicle and said it did not shake. However when we drove together he admitted the shaking. Shame on him for trying to get over on a woman. I deserve a good quality vehicle at a fair price. That is what Milton Rubin is all about right??. Everyone who is searching for a vehicle make sure Milton Rubin gives you a quality vehicle and treat you fairly instead of just trying to make a deal and get big sale numbers!

I purchased a 2013 Chrysler 200 from Milton Ruben in 2016. For starters, make sure you come in to Milton Ruben with a pre-approval from the lender that... you are wanting to work with. Do your homework on any Chrysler that you are looking to purchase from them. I owned my vehicle less than two years and had all the necessary maintenance performed but still ended up with a wheel bearing going out in less than two years of ownership. I am not a rough driver and in total I put somewhere in the ball park area of 35,000 miles on the car. I would say that the car was a lemon but the Chrysler brand (FCA - Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) is on the brink of death seeing as how they have reduced their product line down to the Pacifica and 300. In my opinion, Milton Ruben is taking the approach of dumping inventory on area consumers who may not be able to afford expensive repairs. I drove the Chrysler 200 until I was able to afford a proper trade and I will not endorse this dealership at any length. The salesman that I worked with was interested in nothing but the sale. While sitting down to conduct business and go over paperwork, I was at an open air desk with no privacy so everyone that walked by was able to look over my shoulder while I was trying to conduct business. The Milton Ruben sales staff are like vultures instead of being personable when faced with customers who are about to invest thousands of dollars on a purchase that is meant to last for more than 22 months. The only advice that I would give someone who is looking at making a vehicle purchase in the CSRA is to stay away from Milton Ruben or the Chrysler brand.

Found a car we really liked for a price we really liked. It was about 1k cheaper online than the sticker price at the lot. We were given paperwork and... told we didn’t need to put hold money on it and we could have our bank finance and bring the check by Monday. Had a follow up call Saturday ball seemed to be rolling. Took some time off of work to make sure everything could be done on Monday. Even had a follow up call Monday morning. Only after have a hard credit inquiry at the bank to get loan approval and putting the car on my insurance did we get a call stating that the car was sold out from under us. And this only happened because we needed more info from the dealership to get the loan. Sat in the bank for a good 20 minutes between calling them and getting the news. We were given an apology from the salesman we initially worked with since the car should have been moved to the back lot as of Friday night and clearly wasn’t since he told us “yeah I saw it in the lot this morning” not a single other soul in the dealership came by to speak with us we weren’t even asked if we’d like to speak to a manager. This wouldn’t have even happened had the dealership bothered to organize things at all but I guess they don’t care about customer loyalty. I suppose they were able to sell it at sticker price and a grand extra seemed better. I have worked several jobs that are customer service based and even my managers in a retail setting would have at least talked to a customer of the 10 dollar item that was on hold for them had been sold from under them. There really is no fixing this situation but it’s clear that the staff of Milton Ruben don’t care at all. This has been a huge waste of time and now we’re sitting on a loan approval that we can’t even use. We’ll have to have our credit ran again before we can buy another car and that could hurt our chances of getting a better apr.
