Plesent facility to wait while getting service

I get my vehicle serviced almost once a month due to large amount of driving I do. As usual, the staff gets me through the paperwork fast and always answers any questions I have. The waiting area is comfortable and has refreshments to get me through the wait. The staff even helped my wife fix her glasses which happened to break just as we were arriving for our appointment. I am very happy that I chose First Kia as my service specialist.

Love these guys!

I truly enjoyed the exceptional customer service at First Kia! Benjamin was super helpful and very knowledgeable and made the entire experience easy and exciting! Johnny was also a wonderful help. I will definitely be back for any future car purchases.

I great people

robyn was very helpful and friendly she always makes it easy to come in for any car service it's "like old friends week "when I have to come in for repairs or service. She is a keeper

Your supply company sent wrong part that was needed for my car, had to come back twice. Was given a free oil change for my trouble.

The staff is always friendly -- on sales person answering questions about a model I am interested in buying in the next few months, and Robyn is great. She is knowledgeable about cars and always answers my questions in a way I understand.

Even though I didn't have an appointment, Robyn was able to take my car and get the recall issues fixed the same day. She's very professional and friendly and a great Kia employee.

The service rep was swamped but still got my car done in the amount of time that I had requested. She works hard to keep everyone happy.

Great Service. Our overall experice was very nice

Our sales rep was very knowledgeable and no pressure and the manager was the same. The whole buying experience was as enjoyable as it can get. l bought the car for my daughter and I will be back in the future for my new car.
