yes, very nice!
The entire staff from sales to finance were excellent. Ian, Sid, Derek, Bob, Henry Sanchez and the fabulous MR. HABBIB (Johnny KIA) were terrific. We bought 2 cars that day. At our age, these may be the last two of three cars we will buy. I can't recommend 1st KIA and 1st Auto Group enough. This is the 5th purchase we have made with 1st Auto Group (all of the others were Nissan's) and we shopped with you as our #1 choice. Furthermore, Debbie and Robin in Service Dept were on top of everything and terrific. Finally Mauricio (the pick-up driver) was great. Knew exactly where to go and was spot-on with the pick-up, and a really nice guy too! Will I recommend 1st KIA and 1st Auto Group to friends? I already have to two potential customers. One is an unhappy Ford owner and the other is a relative that I have to look at every holiday dinner. I am confident he will be happy. Thanks for making (for me) a difficult negation good. I look forward to many years with our new Sedona and Soul!

The front desk woman in the service area was great. She had everything ready, she was quick, friendly and efficient. I am just a little to move and was in a time crunch so her efficiency was greatly appreciated!

Great Low Stress Experience!
As most people know buying or leasing a new vehicle can be a stressful experience. However I would say of all my experiences with auto dealerships, my experience with First KIA in Simi Valley was probably my least stressful and most pleasant. The sales representative and the sales manager were both extremely friendly, low pressure and above all knowledgeable and professional. They made me feel that they were working to get me the best deal and terms possible. They both took their time and never made me or my wife feel hurried or pressured in any way!

Amazing honest reliable staff with intregrity
Justin was incredible honest - explained everything. He has my trust. The whole staff is wonderful! Vince the service manager is also there to always handle any needs as well. I know my car is in good hands.

The BEST Kia service!
The service department is excellent, the best we have found in Southern California! Justin and Robin really listen to our questions and will always go the extra mile to make us very satisfied customers. We have recommended this dealership to our daughter, who now drives up from LA for service, and also loves First Kia.

Helpful and thoughtful staff
The staff was very courteous and helpful. One staff member even helped my daughter with the car seat when he saw she was struggling carrying both the baby and car seat. Very cool!!
