1st KIA Service Is Excellent
You completed all the services requested very quickly and performed two additional items that were not asked for but under warranty from KIA. Thank you for that as we didn't even know our coolant reservoir was broken and leaking. Nice job and we'll come back for our next service.

Our First Kia purchase
Filled out by Walter Felicia's Husband. Our salesman was the ONLY reason we did not look at any other dealerships. Felicia and I had visited 4 dealerships that weekend and were not at all happy with the experience. Omar seemed to know exactly what we wanted before we asked. He did not apply an pressure or try and sell us a car we were not interested in. As long as Omar is a salesman at 1st Kia we will recommend your dealership to our friends and family.

Fantastic Service Department
I have been coming to First KIA for years now and would not change. The service is always Five Stars. I live in Santa Clarita and could go to Valencia KIA because its right down the street. But after talking too them on the phone they know nothing! Vince, Robin and Justin are the best! And I will only take my cars to First KIA for service for that reason. My daughter just bought her first KIA and is also taking her car to First KIA for service. Because YOU are the best!

Great Service
Outstanding customer service by Robyn Randle, not sure if that is her name but she wss the one who checked me in. And she has dark hair and where's it in a ponytail and is usually right by the counter when you walk in by service.
