Great Service and a great place to buy a car

We have bought 3 Kias from here and another car from First Nissan. Kias service manager, Vince, and his assistant Robin are friendly and thorough. Their constant diligence is one of the reasons we will probably buy our next vehicle from First Kia.

Highly Recommend Eian Yarbrough at Kia!

Great experience- Great car!!

Sid was very knowledgeable. The car has many features and he knew them well. After I purchased the car he spent a LONG time with me going over the features and helping me configure a few. He told me to call him anytime if I needed additional assistance and I will definitely call him.

Terrible attitude with the service department.

We had a great experience with the sales department, but a horrible experience with the service department. Don't get service don't here. Robin the service writer was great, but everyone else associated with the service department was bad. They will lie to you, and this starts with the service manager. When I finally got to talk to him (after i left numerous messages), he did nothing but make excuses along with lie to me, (including trying to tell me I was lying about leaving him messages). Bottom line, don't trust the service department with you car.
