Good service and honest technical team
I went to 1st Kia after being turned back at Kia Glendale for a recall on my Sorento.They quickly took my appointment and the entire fix for the recall was hassle free.also got oil change done at the same time.

Promise keepers!
We decided we wanted to lease a Kia, after a very detailed and easy to understand explanation. We were given options, we shopped them and could not find a better deal. Called, made an appointment. The deal was wrapped up and we drove off the lot in about 90 minutes. Very low key.

Fantastic Car Buying Experience
In my opinion, all dealerships should be run like 1st Kia of Simi Valley; this group gets how to make their customers feel comfortable and make the buying experience pleasant. My first round of thanks goes to Omar Abuzaid; Omar worked what I thought was impossible, found me the car I wanted and did it all with absolutely no pressure, with honesty and assistance! Anyone looking for a great sales associate who will help you until the end of the sale and fight for you to get the car you desire, GO SEE OMAR! My second round of thanks goes to Mr. Johnny Kia, the process of purchasing my new car could not have gone smoother and Mr. Kia made sure of that, even staying for the completion of my sale even though he was scheduled to leave. I've purchased three cars at 1st Kia, they will forever have my patronage and I recommend them to anyone wanting or needing a new car. Please go see Omar and Johnny; you will not be disappointed as they are simply the best! In all honesty if I could give them 10 stars for Customer Satisfaction I would!

Kia is the best.
Excellent service in completing the things that were done to my Kia Forte. The waiting room is very comfortable, with hot coffee to drink while waiting.
