Great experience

Derek and the entire staff was great. I did not at anytime feel pressured even though i had no intention of buying a car yesterday when i enterred the door. It was a great experience.

Quick, timely service

They got me in for service on time. Loved the waiting room. Coffee and donuts are a nice touch. Paying was smooth and easy.

Great Service

Brought my Kia Sportage in for its first service. I live out of town, and everything went like clockwork. In at 9:am and out by 10:30.

Exceptional service. Knowledgeable service adviso

Great service, happy customer

As usual, Robin and Debbie were courteous and helpful. I feel the car is well cared for. I always feel "comfortable" and welcomed when coming into First Kia's maintenance department. I also even take a chance to say "Hi" to Michael, the nice salesman who sold the Sorrento to us in 2011!
