Kia is so straightforward; no pressure
I like the no pressure atmosphere the folks at First Kia convey. My husband was convinced that the "3 year anniversary free service" was a way to get me in there so they could try to upsale me, but no one even talked to me about buying a new car. It is no hassle, straight talk when I go to First Kia. They were like that when I bought my car and that's what keeps me coming back.

No pressure sales, very courteous

Friendly and they took the time to explain what they will be doing and the costs ect. Because I don't know anything about cars . Was happy and satisfied when I left.

Great service experience
Robyn, Vince & Chris took great interest in my needs & were all very professional. I would highly recommend them & their service dept. Just beware of the sales dept..don't believe anything sales tells you unless you get in writing & signed by a manager. Like many in sales, they'll say anything to get you to buy.
