Should not advertise unless have on lot. Or at least a few days away. Really misleading

Scheduling appointments online is quick and easy. The staff is friendly and communication is great! My car was ready within the time frame they gave me at check-in. They even washed it for me 🙂.

I live in St. Augustine and trying to get service at the local Bozard Ford is impossible, a 4 week wait. I think they have so many fleet vehicles they are overwhelmed. I contacted Autonation Ford on Philipp's Hwy and waited only 2 weeks for service. My service advisor was Aaron and within a few days he contacted me with the issue of my truck consuming oil. Turns out after googling the issue it was an easy fix. They did lend me a loaner and even delivered the truck to my home in St. Augustine 26 miles away. This is the second time going to Autonation in Jacksonville and I very happy with the service. The lady who delivered my truck was very pleasant and I appreciated her bringing back my truck

Had a pleasant experience with AutoNation Ford in Jacksonville. The service was fast and my advisor Aaron set an honest expectation on the time frame and then delivered early! Price was better than the local tire shop.

We had a great experience with our salesman, Philip! We was knowledgeable and professional! He made sure we were taken care of from start to finish! Everyone of the team members were courteous…really can’t say enough. It was a pleasure!

Amazing experience with the sales department. Ask for Kyle if you need a new or used vehicle. He is amazing.

Nathan and Kyle were a pleasure to work with. However, when we got home with our new vehicle, we realize that the detailing department didn’t do anything to the car other than wash it. I had to return the next day and leave my vehicle there on a Sunday to have the detailing people a 100% due over on my vehicle on Monday, which took all day, AutoNation may want to look into finding more qualified people to make sure when they deliver a brand new car to a customer that it is actually detailed 100% the only thing I am not happy with is that there are pink chips on my hood that they used a paint pen that didn’t completely cover the two chips in the hood as a brand new car you would expect that it would 100% look brand new

Geordy was awesome to work with greatly appreciated the service commitment and determination they showed to get me into a new vehicle!
