Everyone was great to work with! Brandy helped us with the sale and setting up a great deal! The car was not perfect, but they helped us get the car conditions up to where we felt comfortable at. They were very honest with us in regards to how long it would take and told us they had a few hiccups when order some parts. Which I appreciate that, because they did not hide or bend the truth. I do live by, “it is what it is” saying. Warren in Finance was awesome too. He was able to get us a much better deal than what we were quoted. We wanted gap insurance and but needed to stay as close to our budget as possible. He was able to get us a lower interest rate and was able to get below the original monthly payment. Above all, everyone remembered our names. Brandy asked my daughter if she was feeling better. They are real down to earth people, which is what I like in customer service.

I called when I saw a car online with cars.com, it hadn?t been delivered to the dealership yet. I was going on vacation for a week and hopeful it would be there when I returned. Sure enough I called and set up a time to drive the car the next day we returned and ended up taking it home! They offered me a fair trade and had the car detailed and looking brand new for me. Process was easy, staff was so friendly and facilities were spotless.

Not a fan of car shopping. It falls somewhere between filing taxes and going to the dentist. The experience at this dealer was by far the best I've ever had at a "large" dealership - maybe any dealership. It still takes hours to buy a car, unfortunately, but it went by fast and I never felt like things were just lagging. The staff and management that day were exceptional, and we love our purchase. Honestly cannot wait to go back to replace our 2nd car with a new one when the time comes.
