This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt

This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They work with you until they have your money, and then you are not important. I was sold a warranty I could not use because the local Auto Nation does not complete services that the warranty covered. After contacting the store to request a refund, I was not helped at all. Once I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I finally got a response from the store. My warranty was supposed to be refunded after I signed the paperwork over two months ago, but I still have not received it. Once again, I have tried to get someone to answer me about the refund status, and no one will respond. Once again, the worst customer service ever!!!
