Everyone, as usual, was very nice, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our recall and non-recall items were fixed quickly. Have always been very happy with this location. I believe we’ve purchased 4 or 5 vehicles here and had all of our service here when needed! I’d recommend to anyone

Very clean facility and helpfu staff. I was there a long time for an oil change. This appointment was made for me - computer generated I suppose. My vehicle is is new as of November 30. The automated appointment led me to believe this service was complimentary or included with my warranty. It was not. Turns out I never have to come to the dealership for oil changes. I could have saved time, but I was also led to believe Autonation would do a features check - I guess they did, though I don't see anything that reports on findings.

Everyone was pleasant and professional. I am disappointed in the fact that they do not offer complimentary snacks, Coffee is ok, vending machines do not work. When they do work then tokens should be given at service to use the machines, I was especially impressed with the great job that your car washing crew did. The brake dust in the spokes of the wheels was removed. VERY IMPRESSIVE!! to me. It was a little disturbing that the cost of $165.00 to troubleshoot my dash lights was that high. I passed on that.

Took my car in for regular maint.

Took my car in for regular maint. service was quick and professional. TRENTON was awesome. He gave me info on what to expect for my service and what maintenance was due next for the future for my car. Highly recommended this location.

Service Adviser is very rude.

Service Adviser is very rude. Unwilling to help. It seems she is not interested of my concern of getting my van repaired. She return the van to me with engine lights on and was instructed to keep driving it, until she received the new catalyctic converter replacement approved and received. This probably cost our company a new engine replacement. Our company will never use Autonation Service again. When I was needing parts and tools from my van, she is always nowhere to be found. I tend to wait longer just to access my van to retrieve my tools and parts. The Service Technician however, are helpful and nice to me during my visit. Service Adviser needed additional training in dealing with customer.
