Service
Trenton did a great job and kept me informed. Dealership very clean, warranty honored, shuttle service good, Trento did what he said he would do, although he almost forgot to give me my keys back. Not sure why but service department has almost a complete new staff

Went in for my first service (oil change) and they kept
Went in for my first service (oil change) and they kept my vehicle for 24 hours. After I called multiple times to follow up on when the oil change would be completed, no one could find my vehicle in the system.

Buyer beware
Purchased used vehicle from this dealership last month. The dealership replaced dead battery with what they claimed was a "new" one prior to purchase. The car would not start a week later and could not be jumped. My trusted mechanic replaced the dead battery with an actual new one and reported the dealer-installed battery appeared to either be refurbished or an old battery with new stickers placed over body to make it appear new... The dealership, after claiming to "make things right" and honor their 4K mile warranty, has gone radio silent. If you MUST purchase a used vehicle from this dealership, take it to an independent shop to get it checked. DO NOT trust their word or advertisement of 150-pt inspections.

I was told that a part would need to be ordered to fix an
I was told that a part would need to be ordered to fix an issue with my Ford Edge and they would need to keep the car for an extra day. After calling 3x I was finally told car was ready to be picked up. When I got there the repair was not completed and there was no record of the part being ordered. I asked for someone to call me back the next day which also did not happen. Plus my car was covered with dust and dead leaves when they gave it back to me. Definitely a lot dirtier than when I drooped it off. I will not be returning to this dealership. Customer service has really gone downhill.
