Took my F-150 XLT for service. Oil change and tire pressure check. Service was performed as per scheduled appointment. I did not have to wait long time. Customer service was excellent.

Tooke my 2019 Ford Explorer in for an oil change, tire
Tooke my 2019 Ford Explorer in for an oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection. My battery died a few days later. I checked my receipt; a battery test wasn't done. THe battery died on a Saturday. I called AutoNation Ford Jacksvonville and spoke to the service scheduler. I advised I would need to replace the battery as soon as I got the car started. I was told she wouldn't be able to get me in until the following Monday; this was just days after I was there and paid had paid for service. Everytime I take my SUV in there something seems to go wrong shortly after. Coincidence or lackadaisical service?

Go elsewhere for service
Do yourself a favor and use another Ford dealership for service. They should be able to handle your typical maintenance, such as oil changes in tire rotations, but when it comes to warranty service or recalls, you just need to go elsewhere. I brought my vehicle in with a warranty and recall issue. They kept it for far too long before giving it back to me and telling me they need to order parts. I waited months for my followup appointment, and when I arrived they said that they didn?t have the parts anymore. In fact, they erased my record so they don?t even know what parts they needed anymore, and I need now and want to start from scratch. No thank you; not with you.

Service Advisor Gary was assigned our appt.
Service Advisor Gary was assigned our appt. Due to scheduling conflicts, we were able to drop off our Escape the night before vs having to bring in on the morning of the actual appt. Gary called on the morning of the appt to confirm he had car and service was working on it that day. Expectations had been set during the making of the appt that it could take all day, possibly 2 (due to recall work) to complete the work. On the same day, Gary called to advise all the work was completed. Again, scheduling was such that we needed to pick up the Escape a day later, which was no issue at all. All service items were completd. Selfishly would like it if Service was staffed to allow for an exterior only wash /"rinse off" before returning the vehicle to the customer. Otherwise, completely satisfied with this visit.
