Great Service and very helpful personnel!

The service was excellent, especially "Jay". David Wolfe was outstanding! The sales personnel were very good and very helpful, especially "Perry".

Recall and other misc repairs completed

I brought my 2007 DTS in for a recall and the car had other issues. I was immediately given a loaner and received my car back in 3 days. Jay the service manager was the best!

Clean facility, friendly faces.

Quick and friendly service. I went in to 100 point inspection, oil change and tire rotation, All went great. Offered to wash car. I declined due to recently waxing my car. All in all, it was a great experience. Ken Steele

Superb!

Wonderful experience in all phases of purchase process. Every individual extremely knowledgeable about their product and happy to share their insight. Most of contact was with Jay Dapolito-sales/leasing associate (superb) & John Monteleone-general manager (couldn't be more talented and making potential buyer feel like they were at home dealing with FAMILY). Autonation fortunate to have such a talented group!

Besty Experience in Car Buying

I had an outstanding experience at AutoNation Cadillac Stopped in checked out a new CTS to be sure the deal I saw on-line, was still available; I left with one and a better deal than expected. . Perry, the salesman did a great job, very patient and very knowledgeable. I would come back for my next purchase or lease. The care in the deal required repair so Perry even managed an upgrade at the same deal price! He was Very nice, laid back, knowledgeable, friendly but not obnoxious, no pressure salesperson; treated me just right. I got a better than fair price and he really went above and beyond to get me the deal Highly recommend!!

Best service

James Korber had been my rep ever since I bought a cadillac. He transferred to another dealership and I am going to miss him. He treated me like a queen. I recently used another rep who was good, but I will miss James. Maroone cadillac is the best service I have ever received in 40 years of car ownership

Great sale person, excellent dealer

Benny was the most knowledgeable person to have, as a sale person. He went overboard to satisfied my demand and make every effort for me to get the best sale price for my ATS Cadillac . My trading which was a Toyota was the best price quoted I had gotten from a couple of dealers. The dealer itself was clean, and they offer coffee, water and cookies which was very rewarding. All staff were friendly and helpful during the process. The time that my brother spend in the dealer was amazing. Benny was the best! I told him that I was a little hungry and he offered to order lunch for us, which I though was a nice thing to do. He insisted on getting the food himself instead of ordering. We all drove to a near restaurant and we takeout and eat it in the dealer. . What he did was touching and the way he treated us was excellent. He continued calling me to asked how was I doing with the car and if I had question on this luxury car. Benny thank you so much and you'll be remembered!??
