I actually went in for a Carwash and came home with a new vehicle. Never any pressure and I had one of the best salesman ever, Frankie Gomez.

Service rep was cordial, thorough and accommodating.

Service rep was cordial, thorough and accommodating. This dealer rater is not user friendly and too long. You will loose customer feedback too including me on my next visit.

The dealership has a modern feel to it.

The dealership has a modern feel to it. We were promptly greeted by the sales staff. Our sales associate had a good knowledge of the vehicle we were interested in. I also noted the dealers pledge of transparency in all aspects of the transaction. Overall we were very pleased with our experience.

Communicative, kind and attentive.

Communicative, kind and attentive. Although the part needed for my car was delayed (a lot) they provided me with a sweet loaner. They kept me updated every step of the way. The price I was quoted was the price I paid- they kept their word and that in my eyes says it all. They even accommodated additional time for me to return the loaner so it was more convenient for me. Great service and great people. Having something wrong with your car is such a bummer. But they made the experience oh so pleasant.

This is the first experience I’ve had since Scanlon sold

This is the first experience I’ve had since Scanlon sold out. My salesman, Drew, was outstanding. I was disappointed they ran a credit report despite me paying cash. I just don’t like credit inquiries on my record and it was unnecessary. The only reason I would continue going there is for Drew and my service coordinator, Dan. Otherwise, the process was good.
