Very dissatisfied. In Honda service department
Bought a 2018 Honda civic Ac condenser was leaking in 3 yrs .Service department acted like they didn't have the part but did .Then I can't get a app to get it fixed for a mo. Was planning on taking car on a trip now have to spend $on a rental.xxxx poor service department never even called to tell me they had the part .
I have taken my Cobra to MMG for repairs and upgrades. Every one I have encountered was friendly and professional. The technician did a good job on my car. I will be back!
Customer service was good, dropped off the car and got a brand new loaner for the afternoon. The work was performed correctly and my car was spotless inside and out! What’s no to like?
Terrible car buying experience! Absolute liars and cheats ! Also unresponsive ! A full collection of frauds! My sales person was Dylan and manager was Jason.. but trust me 2 other managers also cheats! Mickey Mouse operation of a dealership! Be Aware!

I purchased a new, 2018 Honda Fit Ex. Tracy, my salesperson and Don the finance manager were top notch! My transaction went smooth as silk. I still can't believe how fast and efficient everything was. They accommodated my needs/wants and weren't pushy. I will DEFINATELY purchase another Honda at Mansfield Motor Group even though it isn't the closest dealership. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MMG!!!

This dealership was very friendly and helpful! They we're even helpful with my 4 year old who didn't want to sit still by having a kids zone! Offered coffee or water. They talked to us like we were family at a family reunion instead of trying to sucking all the money they could!
