My husband set up an appointment with the dealer for me to go in and test drive the car, as the vehicle would be for me. I was greeted upon arrival and treated with courtesy. I was given all the information about the vehicle, and my questions were answered. We had not made up our minds yet when I left and no pressure was applied. When we returned to buy it, Bobby and Kade kept us company while the documents were drawn up. We had a good experience with this Mercedes dealership.

Overall very satisfied with the service department. Had a few serious issues that needed fixing and the process was smooth from beginning to end. My only issue and it seems petty, but if I spend almost $10,000 on services, the cleaning of the vehicle before giving back should probably get more attention when the service is done. Kind of looked like it was rushed and missed grime on the rims and around the car. Appreciate the effort, but if you're going to wash and clean the vehicle before return it should be done well.

I visited the comparable dealerships on Clark Road in Sarasota. While this is my first Mercedes Benz, it may not be the last given my experience with the entire team.

I was shopping for another Lexus or my first Mercedes with specific features such as anti-collision, lane keeping assistance, etc. and preferably red or blue and a 2025. I shopped on Carfax and found a number that met the requirements so I sent inquires to several dealerships. The prices were all similar but Feliza Engelhard, the salesperson from Mercedes of Sarasota was hands down the best. She answered every single question, responded promptly via phone, text and/or email for over a week. During the process I lost my wallet (and hence no credit cards) and as I lived in MD she worked closely with me to obtain financing, signing all the necessary paperwork (remotely), etc. I decided to fly to FL and when I arrived, the car was detailed, I finalized all the paperwork, and then she spent a couple hours setting up the MB app on my phone, reviewed all the features, etc. Since that time she has followed up a number times to see if I had any additional questions. I've bought many cars in my life and never worked with any salesperson this thorough and so personable. It was a great buying experience and my favorite car thus far (and I've owned one Toyota, 2 Oldsmobiles, 2 Audis, 2 Infinitis and 2 Lexus').
