Not satisfied

Because you will not take the time to fix my car. You put it on that machine but you need to test drive it several times because it doesn't always shudder. Your mechanic says that's what its supposed to do, I can't even pull out because I'm afraid of getting hit by another car because mine will not go....

Tire not repaired

Told I had a pinhole in the tire that was repaired on 10/15/19. On the way to pickup my granddaughter on 10/16/19 the low tire light comes on again for the same tire. On the way again to get it fixed. Also had a problem with getting the car detailed a month ago. Still had bugs on the grill and window. So far not impressed.

Good looking out

Brought my car in for recall work. Service advisor suggested checking the clutches because it’s a common issue with that model. They were in fact bad and replacement was covered by an extended factory warranty!!

Truck service

Service center

brought my car in for a airbag recall service guy was Dusty Rose really good guy took really good care me got my car in and out in a timely manner . Me being a stage 4 cancer patient stress is something I don't need like I got that other dealerships that I've been to before but the service is good and necessary like a really nice guy I have any more problems on my truck I'll definitely bring it back to Dusty rose to fix for me.. ty. Very pleasant experience.

Lauren was through in finding out what I was looking for and worked hard to find it. When she was unsure about anything she found out so no misinformation at all. I appreciate that and her very much.. I have never had a dealership I could wholeheartedly recommend until now. And a sales representative I wholeheartedly recommend. I would buy there again without hesitation. Thank you for my new truck!!!

Awesome service department

I discovered a problem with my new Ford that I purchased. I contact the service department and they quickly address my problem even though some questions were raised about the part not being covered under warranty.
