Very professional staff. Well managed. They operate as a business should. If you find a better place to buy a ford you will have to proof it.

So I ended up replacing my 2017 F150 in order to get a 4x4, so I paid Bob Moore Ford a visit. I was very impressed with Joseph Wood, and his attention to detail to helping me find the vehicle that fit the needs of my family! The process was smooth and easy!

I had to have an exhaust sensor replaced. It took half a day to diagnose it and a day and a half to replace it. The work was done well. I just think $300 to replace a $50 sensor is a little much. I realize they have to make money. But that seems a bit much.

Chris M. was our sales person. I liked that he wasn't a typical salesman and down to earth. Much better experience than I had at DS Ford in Midwest City.

I called about having the oil changed in my truck and I was told it would be ready in a reasonable time. I was asked about having the tires rotated and before I agreed I asked the cost and I was told immediately the cost that was also I thought was fair so I said do it. The service department went and got my truck for me and brought it to me. I was pleased and look forward to bringing it back as long as I get the service I got this time

My wife woke up to a dead battery. I called and they got me in and out the same day! Always good service every time.
