SUV Purchase

Just bought an Explorer this holiday weekend and had a great experience with Matthew Knight and his team! I got a great deal and felt very well taken care of during the entire experience. Thank you all, I would do it all again tomorrow if I had to. You have my highest recommendations 8-)

They took care of me

Work was completed and the issue I was having was fixed right the first time. It took a week to complete and I thought it could have been done in 2 days tops.

Wonderful service

My car started acting up while I was in town visiting family. Got me in and fixed it right away. Very honest people. Wonderful experience

Pretty good

Service was good, always hope for faster. Especially with small kids it can be hard to wait. Appreciate that they do more for the same price. Wish they would only suggest necessary services not optional, and also explain what is required for warranty and what is not.

Service needs met, at a fair price.

Needed to know the lock pad code. Checked with another Ford dealer and was quoted a price that was almost three times higher. After some discussion they quoted a price that was still one and a half higher than Bob Moore Ford.

Professional and negotiable

Excellent experience with the sales rep who sold me a used BMW while I was there for an oil change. Test drive and purchase experience was pleasant and I was pleased with the deal I received.

VERY VERY HAPPY

I looked at new and used vehicles. Chris was VERY patient with me and was very knowledgeable about the different options..... It was a long draining day but having a salesman that wasn't arrogant and rude made it enjoyable. The vehicles sale themselves to an extent so the final decision is based off of the salesman and the facility you are purchasing it from. I was very pleased with the service i received at Bob Moore Ford. The sales manager was very kind as well. The facility is clean and well air conditioned. Chris offered us lunch and water multiple times (he wanted to make sure we were taken care of) He even snagged us a couple of FORD hats. These kinds of actions are what set the difference between a great salesman and just a salesman. I could have gone to any dealership that had 2020 explorers but i was pleased with the service i had from Chris and made the purchase. And thank you to the finance guy Ian! he was a pleasure to deal with as well. :) Thank you to the Bob Moore Team as it takes all to make the operation run smoothly!

Was inconvenienced I lost time and had to be without my car

They did not double check their work. They left off the front screws to the pan under the car. And now it has a small tear/scratched. No apologies
