Quick service, very professional

Made appointment on line for scheduled maintenance. Waited for vehicle and was on my way in 50 minutes. I’m a repeat customer. Take both my vehicles there. Very satisfied.

Great job took good care of me did not surprise me with unex

They did a fantastic jobI would highly recommend their service department unlike other service departments that I have used on my truck. They got me done quickly offered me a ride home and did not surprise me with unexpected charges

Warranty repair

Warrant work was performed satisfactorily. Brought a clean car in and left with a dirty one. Would like to see that changed. It used to be standard.

Good experience. Salesman was very professional

Overall was a good experience. Would recommend to people I know looking to buy a new vehicle. Shannon was a great help and did a great job.

They are a good outfit they did not surprise me with unexpected charges. Unlike metro Ford next vehicle I buy will be at this location

Backlatch not locking

Great and friendly service, quick response to my issue! Scott took my car immediately because I mentioned I had a meeting to get to soon. They came back in plenty of time with my issue resolved, and I made it my meeting with plenty of time!! Thank you Bob Moore Ford!!

Wonderfully friendly and helpful service area

I have been going to this service area for awhile now. Every time they have been polite and listen to my concerns. If something comes up that is not on the original service order they come and ask before just performing the work and surprising me when the bill comes die. I appreciate that so much.

Getting Hot in Here...

I called Bob Moore Ford on July 23 to schedule a repair date for my vehicle's A/C, which is still under the Ford 3-year 36,000 mile manufacturer's warranty. I also reported that I would need a loaner vehicle while the car was with the Service Dept, and was told that there was a wait list. I asked to be placed on this list. I have checked with Bob Moore once a week since then, being told on August 7 that I was at that point #11. I visited with Bob Moore on August 16 for a new tire and while there, asked where I was on the loaner vehicle wait list. I was told that I moved up to #15 on the list. The man reassured me that this was okay, since they still have people on the wait list since June. When asked how I managed to drop 4 spots on the list, the Service staff member informed me that the lady in charge of both warranty claims and the loaner vehicle list told him that I was #15, but that he would let her know that I am #11. Hmm…. Meanwhile it is late August at the time of this posting, and I am boiling in a 2 year old vehicle bought from their lot, and which I am still making payments on. If Bob Moore does not stand behind their product, then I am left with no other options than to both contact Ford Motor Company directly, and report Bob Moore to the BBB. This experience has left me very disappointed with my service experience from Bob Moore. In the future I will need to rethink whether or not to purchase a new vehicle from either Bob Moore, or Ford Motor Company. UPDATE: On 8/26/2019 I called Bob Moore again and spoke to Dusty to see where I was at on the loaner list. Dusty informed me that I was not #19 on the list (?), but that if I could come in immediately they could get me a loaner vehicle. Needless to say, I took Dusty up on his offer and dropped my Escape off for the loaner. I picked up my Escape from Bob Moore on 8/28/2019 with Freon added w/infrared dye that can be detected with a pen light for repairs/replacement should my A/C blow hot again. If it does blow hot again, I sure hope it does so while still under the 3-year warranty. My service experience was much better this time around, and Dusty did an excellent job in getting my vehicle in and out in a timely manner. I'm not exactly sure what is going on with the loaner wait list, but whatever procedures are in place for the list's management probably needs reviewing.

Bob moore ford sucks!

They have messed up 3 of my wheels so far, which I had to have re powder coated. Careless and insincere service staff. I will be going elsewhere from now on. I'm done with bob moore ford!
