Had a great experience, this time.

Fantastic

Everyone was great!!! No pressure they all were very professional and knowledge able about their products Kyle C. Will be my salesman for life and Ian did a great job on explaining all financial options. I will definitely send my family and friends to purchase.

Airbag Recall

Ford had been contacting me for months to correct the airbag recall. I figured it would be a hassle, so I kept putting it off. When I finally called, everyone was super nice. It wasnt difficult to schedule and it only took 30 minutes to correct the problem. Thanks so much!!

FUSE/Transit RV

Jeff got me in despite no appointment (traveling) and got all fluids and filters changed. Excellent service! Suggest however that at least the windshield could be cleaned (I’m used to our Sprinter RV service before buying the FUSE)

met all my expectations

Josh was my service advisor and he was clear and precise in both meeting my expectations and the work that was going to be done. I received an update in less than 45 minutes (I left the car at the service center) and the work was done much quicker than I expected. I've had work done on my car at another dealer in the OKC Metro, and felt like there was something missing in terms of communication, and that there was up-sell for services that do not fall under my service plan/warranty. I'm very pleased that I traveled the extra miles for Bob Moore Ford, and feel like it is a more customer-focused operation. I appreciate that Josh got the job done quickly, and also was able to make sure the work done fell within the parameters of my service plan/warranty.

Best place for service !

Bob Moore has been the best experience I've had for servicing my Ford. it's easy to set up an appointment times with them. if you have any questions they are always very forward in answering. Car service times are just as they state by phone, usually I am in and out within an hour. if anything else comes up, they come and let me know before anything's done and let me know if another time is needed to fix the repairs. I've never had a problem with anybody at Bob Moore Ford service center. I will keep going here!

Check out “loose” steering

Dusty Rose was incredibly responsive to my concerns of a deteriorating lack of control in my vehicle’s steering response & suggested that I bring it right in. I came that same day & he pinpointed a potential critical issue that could have been catastrophic had I continued driving without having it checked. He was very polite, professional, & I’m sure he corrected a previous service job that was not done properly & saved me from a truly dangerous situation.

I have not had to use service center yet.

It’s to early for rating of service center, because I have not had to use it yet. I will give you ratings on the your Salesman and your sales managers. Shannon Stansberry was very helpful as well as the two sales managers that played a big part for us to make the purchase.

First Oil Change

Upon arrival I was greeted as if I was known. Was taken right in. The time didn't seem to take very long, and the tires were even rotated, much to my surprise. I had 3 children with me and they didn't even complain about the wait. Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. Great Team, thank you and God Bless.
