Had an appointment at 7:30 a.m.,then guy said it would take 2 hours, didn't get a shuttle until 8:30. Didn't finish until 12:30, wish I could say good service, how would you rate that visit?

Jeff serviced (oil change) and detailed our car. He also applied the sealant stuff to the outside bc it was raining the day we bought the car and couldn't be done then. Jeff went above and beyond in helping my husband get a loaner car to use that day so that he could visit me in the hospital. After Jeff was finished, our car looked better than it did the day we bought it! Jeff deserves to be recognized for his hard work and commitment to pleasing the customer! I normally go to Joe Cooper Ford Edmond because it's closer, but I like the customer service experience better here and it's a little bit cheaper as well. Jeff was friendly and professional.

Called to see if I could get an appointment, was told to just drop it off unless I wanted to wait 2 hours. Dropped it off around 9am, was told it would be finished as soon as possible. How is it that it was just being serviced when I arrived around 5pm? Have been going here for about 5 years now, last time you guys forgot to rotate the tires.
