Recall

The recall was completed sooner than I expected, they provided transportation back home and picked me up when it was finished, they checked virtually everything on the vehicle, and didn’t hassle me to fix things that they highlighted needing attention. I was satisfied with the experience.

Best Service Department

Service department was great!! Kept me informed and updated on the status of my vehicle. Jeff made sure I was aware of everything going on and handled my warranty claim for me.

Trusted Service for 15 Yrs

I have owned multiple Ford vehicles and have always brought them here to service. I have worked with Scott in the past and I deal with Jeff now. These guys have always been honest and upfront with me on the work they needed to do, how long it was going to take and how much it’s going to cost. After the work is performed I have never had any issues with my cars. And that’s why I am a Bob Moore Ford customer.

Everything was done that I needed.

Great service just need to shorten the time frame for getting things completed. Overall I am satisfied and will continue to use Bob Moore Ford for my service.

Good prompt service

Good service even when I had a problem after I left to get it taken care of the next day quickly also enjoyed the courtesy of taking home and picking up back to the dealership

Transmission and clutch fixed!

Helpful service staff that was happy to answer any question we asked and willing to work with us. They completed the repairs on my vehicle earlier than they expected while being shorthanded. Great group of folks!

Above and beyond

I took my Lincoln in for warranty repairs. Chad was friendly and professional. He explained up front what to expect. Parts had to be ordered and he called several times to update of the progress. All estimated deliveries on parts and repair times were met or beat. They even repaired a small non warranty item at no cost. It was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I highly recommend them.
