Sunset Ford of Waterloo

I purchased a new 2021 Ford F-250 from Sunset Ford. They made the purchase easy and I would recommend Kyle and Sunset Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Was able to purchase some form fitting carpet protectors for my 2020 Escape. Kelly Banaszek and Joe Hill was very helpful in selecting and ordering my floor mats.

I came in at last minute for an oil change/tire rotation. Kelley Banaszek was able to get me in and out in less than our. She was very professional and courteous the entire time. The other woman at the service was the same although she did not take care of me personally. I will be back.

Joe was great to work with as usual. I had no plans on purchasing a new used vehicle when I did, but unfortunately circumstances lead me to do so. The situation was made better by already purchasing my previous 3 vehicles through Joe! Yes this is my 4th vehicle purchase through Joe and without this established relationship things could of been a lot worse and Joe and team made the situation a tad bit better to stomach!! It you are in the market for a new or used car, give Joe your time, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Joe Hill for making an unpleasant situation better!!!

Joe made buying my vehicle so easy! There was no hard pressure sale and he was knowledgeable and personable. He helped me to understand the special features on my SUV and made sure I got a fair deal. Bill in finance made the whole process of financing my vehicle understandable and easy, too.

We are from Imperial, MO and make the drive, because I absolutely REFUSE to do business at Reuther Ford which is right down the road from us because of their “poor” (would use other words, but trying to keep it professional) customer service. We make the drive to Sunset Ford. Doesn’t matter the location. My F-150 has been to both Sunset Hills, and Waterloo, and always treated right. Service is spot on, and I have always been in the loop and kept informed over the process of any service performed. This previous visit I took my wife’s Explorer in for service to Waterloo because they were able to work it in faster than Sunset Hills (Again, would take to either location, but Waterloo had a more clear service schedule) but Kelly at Waterloo kept us in the loop, and was a “paperwork warrior” for us with our warranty company (DONT USE Progressive Asset Protection) They didn’t get the chance to jerk us around, because Kelly fought the battle for us over things that were covered in our contract but they tried to deny because we were still under contract, but very close to being out by mileage. Thank You Kelly, and Sunset Ford! We will be re-upping a warranty contract with CNA through you very soon.

Car still has a rattle on right front passenger side since it was new. Check service record shortly after buying car. Don’t recall the lady in customer service. It was not Kelly.

We bought my dream car, a beautiful blue Ford Mustang, today from Joe Hill at Sunset Ford. It’s was a great experience, the staff was all very helpful and friendly and it was the first time I can remember not having to haggle over the price of a vehicle! We were very pleased with the experience today! I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!
