Amazing service!

Jeep Cherokee 2013

No pressure
Bill presented me with all the extra warranty offers in an honest, friendly, informative way, without talking down to me are arguing with me ( as has happened to me in past dealings with some non-Ford dealerships ), when I respectively declined his offers. He was a pleasure to work with, and even went out of his way to save me a trip to the DMV.
