It was so nice to know how things worked before you left the parking lot. Who wants to spend time reading the manual? When it came time for financing, the worst part, I found Bill to be pleasant and again went into detail of all the paper work. When ready, I will go back!! Thank you Joe and Bill

I was in the market for a Superduty truck. I was referred to Sunset Ford by my relatives Mike and Kris Massey and to work with Joe Hill as they have purchased vehicles from him before and recently. Friendly... listened to what I wanted. Wasn't the "pushy" salesman type. Professional but laid back. Easy to talk to. I will definately be going back to see Kyle.

We went in to trade in my wife's Enclave for a Ford SUV. Kyle was very helpful with the deal and helped us find exactly what she needed. I little older, but all the bangs and whistles she was looking for. I really appreciate a salesman that will sell you what you want, not what is the most expensive. I also saw a Honda Civic from the STL location, and Kyle brought it to Waterloo for me to see. Liked it so much I ended up trading my truck in for it and doing a double deal. I had a small hiccup with it after getting it home, but Kyle was great in troubleshooting it with me and even had it pulled into the shop real quick to check something...nothing more than a little too much air pressure in a tire. Side note...Bill, from financing, is great to work with too. He made taking my money an enjoyable experience.
