Right vehicle, right price
Had what we were looking for in our price range! The vehicle appeared to be clean and in good shape from photos, and it was when we finally saw it in person. We assumed the dealership was in Waterloo IOWA, not Waterloo ILLINOIS, so this was a bit of a drive for us from Minneapolis! But it worked out and we've got a good "new" used car now.

Pleasant care buying experience
Saw a car on web site I thought I might be interested in. Joe Hill, my sales rep, met me at the front door of Sunset Ford in Waterloo. He had the vehicle ready to show. After a test drive I made an offer. There was no pressure to buy. All of my questions were answered and my concerns were addressed. Bill Rolufs handled the business end of the transaction. He had all of the paperwork completed before I arrived to close the deal.
