We were just looking for Escapes, just recently purchased a Ford Fusion and liked it but prefer being up in the air a little more. You know the older you get it gets hard to get out of low riding vehicles. So we found a Escape on the Web that was at Sunset Ford in St. Louis and asked them to bring over to IL they agreed and we set appt to come see. Before we got there they called back and said it was already sold.They told us about a couple of other ones and we decided on a 2016 Titanium to look at. We met Clint Erlinger and he was very informative. Once we decided to purchase Clint took us out to the car and explained all the buttons and controls.Told us about the free car washes since we purchased there and that is a nice perk. A;; and all we have a great experience and would recommend them to others.

I had looked for a truck for 4 months and was all but done with dealership's and the vulture sales routine. I'm from Missouri and decided to cross the bridge and go look at a truck in Waterloo. I walked into Sunset and was greeted with friendly helpful faces everywhere and pleasantly surprised to meet Joe Hill. He treated me with respect and asked a ton of questions as to what I wanted. Then he provided everything he could based on what I was looking for. No circus dance, glitter or pressure to buy unlike I had gotten everywhere else. Even the sales manager came and introduced himself I felt like they were friends trying to help me. I went the next day to look at another truck in Missouri and was so turned off at the sales treatment there I called Joe that night and said I'll see ya Saturday so you can sell me a truck! I got a great truck, a great deal and had a great time and experience even Bill the finance guy was top notch!

Just purchased a Ford Super Duty from Sunset Ford in Waterloo, IL where we worked with Kyle Brewer. The entire experience was highly professional and easy to deal with. No pressure. Kyle did an excellent job getting us into the vehicle we wanted and a good price for our trade in. nothing but praise for Kerry and all the staff we worked with.

We bought a Ford Escape previously from Sunset in Waterloo. When time came to purchase another vehicle, we came back Sunset. Clint was awesome to work with. He took a great deal of time to answer my many questions. He never faltered during the questions and was able to explain features in an easy to understand way. In the end, I have a new Escape!

Clint Erlinger didn’t try and talk us into a vehicle we weren’t interested in. In fact he showed us one that we liked better. We drove away with a 2018 off the show room floor. Clint Erlinger is the best. Our finance guy worked really hard to make the deal happen Clint Erlinger and Bill Rolfus worked really hard to make sure we were happy

We recently purchased a previously owned ,low mileage Ford Explorer from Sunset Ford. We dealt with Joe Hill as our salesman and contact person. We asked Joe to find us a specific vehicle and he found exactly what we were looking for. Joe brought the vehicle to our home and allowed us to test drive it after hours when we were unable to go to the dealership. I can’t describe how much I hate buying cars. I almost put $3000 into a 15 yr old car to avoid dealing with car salesmen. But Sunset Ford has gone above and beyond. I can’t describe how amazing they were and how grateful I am. It was THE BEST experience I’ve EVER had and they have my business FOREVER. Kyle was honest with us and gracious with our 3 yr old - even brought him some coloring books. Mike treated us like family and was extremely polite and helpful. Bill is a great finance guy - humorous, honest and was able to answer all our questions. Brad was great with handling our car care needs and was helpful and informative the whole time. Like I said, I’ve NEVER had better service anywhere and Sunset Ford is my 1st choice from now on.
